Eat for your life- Death to Life Foods for People of the Sun

Death to Life Foods for People of the Sun

By: Adenike Amen-Ra aka Queen Ma Nuta Beqsu Moses 11-11-2014

Traditional African people of the Sun- Ate Well as you can see from the photo. It was common place for our Ancestors to consume a Mediterranean type diet- very much like the Free Original people of East Africa-Nubian Pastoral and the Moors. The Leviticus diet was written into the Mosaic Bible text or Kosher/Hebrew, as well as Halal/Islamic traditions. There is also a common tradition of the bounty of foods, found in the west coastal fishermen of African, Caribbean, and South American regions. The Black Moors dominated the Latin European regions for almost 1000 years. They brought their knowledge and cultural civilization to the area. There were many free Black kingdoms of people in Europe and the Americas long before 1492. So not all Black people came from the African trans-Atlantic Invasion and Human trafficking to the Americas. Many Black Ancestors were murdered or abducted from their lands right here in the Americas. Those who were abducted, often only received the scraps and rejected foods from their enslavers' table or ate from a common trough.

Our Ancestors were forced to live in the most destitute, uncivilized and inhumane conditions!  Many were severely malnourished and deprived of clean water, and their nutritional access, from the tropical regions, or family heritages. Many suffered from long term untreated illnesses and severe wounds and infections. Through their inventiveness, creativity and necessity, many of us made Succotash (Tuck and Stash) from the Fresh foods that were found and gleaned in nature, and roots, Bark and weeds they learned to make medicines, mixed with the fatback meat scraps, oxtails, cow tongues, into what is now known as gourmet delicacies. Unfortunately, Black people are still consuming these choices of food scraps in abundance and to their own detriment. We can give no honor to our Ancestors by modeling and following after the Maafa of suffering and scraping together that they were forced to endure. Our children still suffer from nutritional deficiencies, and early Diabetes, strokes and cancers from these nutritionally deficient filler foods. In consequence, many of our people, torn from their mother's breast, lost the mother wit and knowledge of the natural bounty of berries, roots, hunting, herbs and growing of our own foods for sustenance and healing. If you are what you eat- then Slave foods may foster a slave mentality- Garbage in-garbage out. Unfortunately, our people have now become slaves to a tradition and  system of Prescription drugs, injections, surgeries, amputations and other "medi-sins." Now, with GMO's compromising the Fruits and Vegetables in the grocery stores, and Fast foods with all of the Cool-aid chemically processed, high fructose, adulterated white acid foods, also water and air pollution, we have fallen short of the glory of living as stewards of the land and water resources and growing our own fresh local foods, along with truly caring for the environment. We have also become more sedentary, which lessens the chances of detoxifying from the poisonous effects of these foods, while our Ancestors worked, walked for miles and sweated from sun-up to sundown in the hot sun. In consequence, Our people are now dying more in the US from Stress related and preventable diet based diseases, than black on black killing.  Our highest death statistics are from stroke, High Blood pressure, Heart Attack, Diabetes and Cancers than anyone in the US. We are also dying from the caustic effects of consuming these foods MORE than homicide!

We often go to the funerals of our loved ones, and often turn around during repass and serve our remaining families the same foods that killed our loved ones!

From the Bible, the Leviticus Kosher diet called people to abstain from bloody meats, swine, cats, rats and dogs, bottom feeding scaleless catfish, and shellfish etc. As "A people perish from lack of knowledge" many families who adopted Christianity do not even believe in the necessity of following these Old Testament dietary laws. In many cases they will recite "Rise Peter Slay and Eat" as their anthem. Yet our bodies are "the temple of the Spirit" We are called to cultivate our Minds, Bodys and Souls to the highest levels. The New Testament also states:

''I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.'' -Romans 12

Here are a variety of suggestions for dietary alternatives:

  • WATER is Critical! Getting enough Clean Drinking water every day is important for your health. Healthy people meet their fluid needs by drinking when thirsty. Most of your fluid needs are met through the water and beverages you drink. However, you can get some fluids through the foods that you eat. For example, broth soups and foods with high water content such as Watermelon, celery, tomatoes, Coconuts, or other melons can contribute to fluid intake. http://amen-parankh.blogspot.com/2016/07/nu-is-water-source-of-life-drink.html
  • Attitude is Altitude. Breathe Love, Life, Joy and positive energy into your foods as you select and prepare them. Just as mother's milk is poisoned from fear, anger, or depression etc., all life can sense this energy. As you then consequently pass this into your loved ones, who are eating your meals. So Home Cooked Meals are best. Ergo, be cautious of restaurants, and even food handlers- This is another reason why Growing your own foods- to send each leaf stem, root and fruit, positive energy- as each plant gives energy back to you. Knowing your grower and chef is so important. -And I might add, why we bless our foods with gratitude.
  • RAW IS BEST! Eat more fresh locally grown vegetables, nuts, beans and fruits, over processed grains like wheat and corn flours, etc.. Or choose Whole, Multi and sprouted grain alternatives. Salads and Smoothies, including sprouted beans and sprouted grains have the highest levels of enzymes. Processed grains and devitalized flours and white rice will raise one's glucose levels.
  • We did NOT originally eat Grass... (All Grain are a grass hybrids). With the rise of "Mon-satan" GMOs, most people, particularly, African Americans, are not only suffering from an overload of complex carbohydrates from these starchy grains, but from the toxic pesticides, growth hormones and artificial fertilizers, (that most food in the grocery store is made from...) Many at moving towards a Vegan, Vegetarian, Fruitarian, Mediterranean/ paleo diet; of Vegetables, fruit, and fish... Now African Americans, are Dying from food choice, related illnesses...
  • Remember, the taste that many crave from their favorite foods, is found in the many herbs and vegetables that are used to season meats and sauces and enhance flavor. Always start cooking your protein, beans and vegetable entrees with a base of finely chopped onions and garlic to lower blood pressure among many other advantages
  • Avoid Fried and over cooked vegetables. Steam, lightly Boil, Bake or Roast Vegetables. Avoid too much Acrylamide. This is often found in the carcinogenic dark browning and toasting on foods. (raw is best)
  • Read "How to Eat to Live" By Minister Elijah Muhammad

  • Try using Coconut butters and Olive oils as an alternative to animal fats and margarine.
  • When choosing protein, always remember that the strongest animals in the Natural world are Vegetarians! Elephants, Horses, Donkeys, Bulls, Buffalo, great Apes, etc... Only scavengers and carnivores eat other animals RAW. So they also don't pre-digest or cook their meats. The highest quantities of protein that is readily consumable and easily digestible is found in dark green leafy vegetables and dark skinned fruits, nuts, and beans.
  • If you choose to eat animal flesh, eat it sparingly as a garnish rather than a main course. Avoid Industrialized Animals. Venison or free range organic. For best digestion, eat animal flesh with Vegetables rather than protein with Starches and complex Carbohydrates- Breads, pastas ect. (That's why eating Turkey with starches make you sleepy)
  • Remember- " Don't cook a calf in it's mother's milk" - Cheese and eggs- don't go together, hamburgers with cheese, Pizzas with beef and cheese, Hamburger helper etc. will cancel proper digestion.
  • Avoid ALL Dairy Products. Eating Cruciforous Vegetables, Like Broccoli, and cauliflower are excellent.
  • Lower and eliminate Sugar and complex Carbohydrate intake. Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup, corn flours and corn starch often hidden in foods. Try Real Fruit Juices, Maple syrup, Stevia leaves, Honey or dried fruit as a sugar alternative.
  • Lower Salt Content. Too much salt, like sugar is dehydrating and hard on the liver and kidneys. Try using Sea Salt sparingly. As an alternative.
  • Dulse Seaweed can make supply salt and seasoning.
  • Braggs Liquid Aminos – liquid aminos are SO much more than a soy sauce alternative! This flavorful sauce is awesome on steamed vegetables, used to season pan-fried tofu or tempeh, or in all kinds of sauces. A ½ tsp serving contains just 160 mg of sodium and has 16 essential and non-essential amino acids.
  • Kelp Granules – this sea vegetable is a great source of calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, iodine, and a number of other vitamins/minerals. Dulse is often used as a salt substitute
  • Nutritional Yeast – Nutritional yeast has a rich, savory, “cheesy” flavor that makes is a great salt substitute. It is an excellent addition to creamy sauces, sprinkled over popcorn, or added to rice or quinoa (learn more about the health benefits here!) Nutritional yeast is sold at many health food stores, and is also widely available online.
  • Herbs and Spices – season your meals with the right combination of herbs and spices and you won’t even miss the salt! The possibilities are endless, but a few favorites include basil, cumin, dill, garlic, ginger, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.
  • Avoid eating after Sunset. People of the Sun with active Pineal glands switch from making and distributing Serotonin in the day, to Melatonin at night. So, our stomachs need to fast so that blood energy can properly be used for healing and nurturing other vital body organs.
  • Remember that most of the "foods" in the grocery stores are Clones and GMO replicas of what we once knew as food. They come to local food warehouses (grocers) from long distances and cold, gassed irradiated storage conditions.
  • That is why We Should GROW OUR OWN FOODS! In order to Free Ourselves We must Feed Ourselves! If you live in an Apartment or don't think you have the energy or time to attend a garden for your family, sprout your beans and seeds before consuming. Grow your own Container garden of fresh herbs. You can grow indoors often right at your window sill. This is the best way to get vital nutrients directly into your prepared foods.
  • Learn basic CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver. for potential heart attacks and choking at family events. Check with our elders during bathroom times. Most Heart Attacks occur during bathroom times, from too hot/ too cold water to straining on the toilet. Remember, it often takes up to an extra 10 minutes or more, after the 911 call for an ambulance or paramedic to arrive in African American neighborhood.
At Amen Ankh Urban Farm, we grow and produce foods, fresh from our local farm, and growers.

I would like to encourage readers to watch Soul Food Junkie-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGKcMvG45tY -I would also like to add a final note that not only is death winning over abundant and healthy lives for our families, many of our loved ones are not only leaving this world prematurely, with High Blood Pressure, Heart attacks and strokes Cancers etc.- But because of their food choices, they also live or shall I say subsist with obesity, Blindness, Amputations, crippling Arthritis, Cancers, colostomy bags and are pumped so full of drugs that they become a hardship to their families and society. I am neither a Doctor nor part of the American Medical Association; I am a Teacher, Mother, Daughter, and Grandmother who is working on my own health and wellness journey. It is my ministry to teach our youth to live in a green sustainable way. We eat what we grow and rarely go to the grocery store. We have established the Amen Ankh Academy and Urban Children's teaching farm. I feed students who come by my door. Instead of grass growing in our front yard, we have fresh herbs growing in the front yard this summer. Many youth have never eaten a mango, an avocado, or even green peppers, or a homegrown tomato. Most eat starchy school lunches and Fast Foods when they get home. Moms often do not have time to make a home cooked meal. I had children tell me that they didn't know that you could grow food in the ground! Now, these children can identify herbs, eat plantain greens, and drink peppermint tea with Stevia leaves as a sweetener!

On a personal note, as a child I can remember eating My Mother’s "Southern" Cooking. We ate Roota to da toota! I loved my mom’s cooking- I also had a weight challenge most of my life until I became a vegetarian and African dancer. I remember her fluffy lard biscuits with fresh Butter and jam! I remember her frying bacon then frying eggs in the same grease, then saving the remaining grease to add flavor to her greens, beans, adding this grease to the sweet cornbread, or heating and frying chicken or catfish in it, etc. Almost Everything had pork and sugar in it. I ate cracklins fried from the Holiday ham. Even the sweet potato and pecan pie had a lard crust. We ate ham hocks and neck-bones in the Collard green pot, pickled pig-feet and hog-head cheese, and of course Chittlins! I also remember drinking, SWEET Lemonade, SWEET Tea and Cool-aid with my sugar water! We had grits, pancakes, creamed corn, lard based gravy, candied yams and cheesy macaroni!

Then I remember my Dad's first heart attack. I am a proud Daughter of a Father who was a Warrior in the US Military. He served almost 30 years in the Air Force. During that time, an Air Force candidate had to also pass a rigorous written examination to even qualify. It was rare for Indigo men to serve in the Air Force, also because of the severe racism and still existing segregation at that time. So he had a battle for survival everyday, inside and outside of his military experience. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to travel abroad in the world. I imagine my Mother may have been so hurt that my dad rejected her cooking- she refused to change or modify ANYTHING... Of course, this is the tradition that she was raised in! She took pride in her daily, Sunday and Holiday dinners with the family. We always dressed for dinner. I learned to used my best etiquette and manners. this is when I learned to set a table and also learned so much about food preparation, culinary arts, cleaning and polishing. By the time Mom reluctantly broke down to change her dietary system to using smoked turkey, vegetable oils, baked chicken- instead of fried, and aspartame sweetener ( which she later changed to agave), for flavor and seasoning, my dad had both feet cut off and was going blind. My dad also refused to take medications for high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and his strokes. Although he had heard about homeopathic medicines and Herbs- he did not know anyone around him to guide him through... Finally, His pride would not let him use prosthetics or a wheel chair, so he starved himself and ascended...

This southern cooking, also known as Soul Food is part of a heritage of Black culture in the US. Food is not only a source of nutrition, but a way of expressing love and comfort. Yet, Just because Our enslaved ancestors were industrious with pork based slave foods does not mean that we should continue to serve these foods to our children and families, unchecked, to suffer and die to join our honored ancestors. Primarily, The Food has drastically changed. We now live in a highly processed world of Industrial farmers and imported foods. Small organic farmers are outmatched by most conditioned consumer demands. Most of the animals found in the super market were caged, neglected and shot up with growth hormones and antibiotics for a higher turnover of sale. The GMO Grains (Wheat and Corn), Fruits and Vegetables come irradiated and with the insecticide build into the seed's DNA. These foods are acid based and are harsh to our vital organs. They strip the endocrine glands, starve the brain, while overworking the brain’s endorphins and dopamine, like a narcotic. Our children suffer more intensely. Sugar and high fructose corn syrup products are a gateway to all addictions and addictive behaviors. Our youth now suffer from childhood obesity, diabetes, cancers, arthritis and stroke. We have to wake up to yes, acknowledge and revere the legacy of our Ancestors and “How they got over;” then move on to higher health and wellness standards and goals for the sake of our next generations.

I hope this radiation soaks into our heads... "We want to learn liberation and Black Power but we don't want to LIVE liberation and Black power." Actions speak louder than voice. We are killing the children of our ancestry for material things. We live in an addiction society and everyone wants their fix... Once you know the REAL- we must live in the REAL. We can't go back into the matrix. REAL(Requirements & Enlightenment for African Liberation)

Body Mind Soul Connection

Body Mind Soul Connection

Humans experience a variety of emotions, from happiness, to sadness to excitement and depression. Did you know that each one of these emotions creates an odor, energy light, and sensation on different parts of the organs within the body and on the skin? For instance, our body releases different chemicals when we experience various things that make us happy and each chemical works to create a different environment within the Melanin of your body. Its kind of like storing data on a 3 dimensional DVD. For example if your brain releases serotonin, dopamine or oxytocin, you will feel good and happy. Conversely, as your body releases cortisol while you are experiencing good or bad stress, you will have an entirely different feeling associated more with the body kicking into survival mode, than when you feel safe, or laughing.

Positive vs. Negative

Is there duality in our world? The brain is a very powerful tool and as we define what something is or should be, we begin to have that result play out in our world. Have you ever noticed, for example road rage, when someone gets angry and suddenly they are feeling negative, down and in a bad mood? Whereas someone else can get cut off while driving and simply apply the brake slightly and move on with their day as if nothing happened. In this case, the same experience may have occurred, yet one sees it as negative while the other doesn’t. So are things innately positive and negative? Or do we define things as positive and negative?

 Attitude is Altitude.

After thinking about it for a moment you might realize that there are in fact no positive or negative experiences other than what we define. So our perceptions of an experience or situation has the ultimate power as to how we will feel when it’s happening and how our bodies will be affected. We can always work to move beyond our attitudes and definitions of each experience, to move into a state of mind- conscious Awareness, where we simply accept each experience for what it is and use it as a learning grounds. We may not be there yet and so it’s important to understand how certain emotions can affect our health.

An African Proverb: “He who hides their disease cannot be cured” If someone wishes to have good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness. Only then is it possible to find help.

Soul Mind Body

We are spirits having a human experience. The connection between your mind and body is very powerful. Although it cannot be visually seen, the effects that your mind can have on your physical body are profound. We can chose to have a positive mental attitude and deal directly with our internal challenges to create a healthy way of life, or we can be in negative, have self-destructive thoughts and not deal with our internal issues. Sometimes we cloak negative issues with affirmations and positivity without finding the root. This denial can then lead to an unhealthy lifestyle. Your immune system will go down when you are highly stressed, angry, in fear, get depressed or when you’re being exposed to negative energy. This lower energy leads you to sickness, ulcers, or you begin to start feeling a lot of tightness and pain. Often times our body is asking us to observe and find peace once again within yourself and your environment. It’s all a learning and growing process that we don’t have to judge nor fear.

Our emotions and experiences are essentially energy and they can be stored in the cellular memory of the Melanin in our bodies. The experiences in your life leave behind emotional markers or feelings in a certain areas of your body. So, in certain areas of your body you still hold energy that can be released from that experience. I came across an interesting chart that explores some possible areas that various emotions might affect the body. When you have a pain, tightness or resurgence of pain at injuries to certain areas, it’s often related to something emotionally you are feeling within yourself. Often we are out of touch with ourselves and our emotions as we attempt to be a part of a fast paced world. We don’t take the time to stop and watch the sunset, or smell a flower, or sit by a water source. When I've had chronic pains in my back, knees, neck or shoulders, it wasn’t exercise, or anything in a physical sense that healed it, it was when I dealt with the emotions behind it. I learned that the more I addressed the unconscious thought patterns and emotions throughout my body, the more things loosened up and then the pain went away.

Do you know that you can raise your energy and immune system by eating certain foods?  Eating dark leafy vegetables.

I’ve Got The Power

Can you now imagine the harm you are doing to your body when you stay within negative emotions or unprocessed emotional experience throughout the body?

Davis Suzuki wrote in ‘The Sacred Balance’, ‘condensed molecules from breath exhaled from verbal expressions of anger, hatred, and jealousy, contain toxins. Accumulated over 1 hr, these toxins are enough to kill 80 guinea pigs!’

Remember, you have all the power in you to get through anything life throws at you. Ask yourself, how can this help me to see or learn something? Can I use this to shift my perception? Clear some emotions held within myself? How can I realize something within another and accept it and help them without it backlashing and internalizing it?

Whatever it may be, instead of simply reacting, Try to slow things down and observe. You will find you have the tools to process emotions and illness quickly when you see them for what they are and explore why they came up. If you believe you will get sick all the time, and believe you have pain because it’s out of your control, you will continue to have it all in an uncontrollable manner until you realize the control you have over much of what we attract within the body.

Amen Ankh Re-Community Development

Amen Ankh Community Development

Community (Village) is the foundation for establishing society and success. Community is a system that people use to guide their collective behaviors and practices for group sustainability, development and success. We are taking the first step by creating communities wherever we are; by doing so we can then establish organization, institutions, programs and projects. We are creating Kemetic Community where we are able to live in Hetepu (Peace be Unto You) - the philosophy and practice of the ancient Kemetic Way of Life.

'Birds of a feather can flock together'; like this adage, those of us who share the same philosophy and orientation can come together, work together and prosper together just as our people have done for tens-of-thousands-of-years. Through Amen Ankh, the way of Life, we can realize our values, self-reliance, independence, sustainability and the lifestyle that we desire.

Imagine living in a community that you own and control- where the housing, schools, businesses, Cultural and Political institutions, Ecology, Eco-Gnomics, food and resources, all belong to, and are under the control of your community - Cooperative Community Control.

Though small and growing we will have unity across North America and the Pan African Diaspora, as we convert and expand our unity into establishing what we need. Our organization is structured that you can join and begin to benefit, and grow with us, no matter where you are located.

Umoja Karamu, meaning "unity feast" in Swahili, is an African American celebration begun in 1971 by Dr. Edward Sims, Jr., held on the fourth Sunday in November.

Its purpose is to instill solidarity, Afrikan values, and appreciation of Afrikan heritage into Afrikan American families. Libations to honor ancestors, historical readings, music, and a potluck feast will mark this observance.

The celebration is based on five periods of African American life, each represented by a color and a symbolic food.

1. The color black- Prior to Slavery – (black eye peas) represents black families (before slavery)

2. The color white- In Slavery – (White rice) symbolizes the scattering of black families (during slavery)

3. The color red- Upon Emancipation – (Grape Juice) marks (Black Liberation)

4. The color green- Struggle for Equality – (Greens- lettuce) significance (the struggle for civil rights and equality)

5. The color gold- Looking to the Future – (Corn) hope for (the future)

Michael Brown Ritual Sacrifice of KRST Heru

The Ritual Sacrifice of Indigo KRST- Heru Michael Brown in his crown, the Eye of Heru and the Ka

I would like to share my sincere, highest humble honor, and deepest condolences and respect to the Family of Michael Brown, during their time of grief and tremendous loss of our young man. Michael Brown was just 17 years old!

I have been pondering the energy and sickness of Isfit (chaos, destruction, malevolence, mayhem) during the seer human outrage of the public execution and open murder of Michael Brown, a young Indigo prince, walking down the street, innocent of any criminal charges, and without a weapon. This is an open display of injustice that perpetuates mistrust of U.S. authority figures by our American Afrikan youth.

I have thought about the report from the forensic team. Who stated that Michael Brown could have survived every other gunshot by the police officer, except the ones to his head- through his right eye and then the shot in the top of his head!
Why wasn't Michael Brown simply arrested and charged by the officer?!

This was a ritual sacrifice to destroy the KRST ascension and energy in this Melanin Indigo Male KRST child and to diminish the spirit of our community of Americans of Afrikan Decent. KRST stands for *Ka- Immortal Eternal Soul, Life Force *Ra- Sun, Creation, Enlightenment, Illuminator *Sa- Protector, Guardian, Bes *Ta- Land, Kingdom. (See previous essays) http://amen-parankh.blogspot.com/2014/07/black-men-are-krst.html and

The male who murdered this young man, showed cowardice, incompetence, while openly abusing, status and power, misrepresenting his position of a Police officer, and misused his weapon, while on duty, to publicly execute this Sun KRST. He appeared to be under the influence of drugs or narcotics. The police agency response was complicit, as they waited for almost 2 hours, to response and bring Emergency response or even release and examine the murderer, posed as police, for substance abuse, while Michael Brown's body was left exposed for the world to witness. Michael Brown's mother was not even permitted to touch her sun, attempt to revive him or express her grief, and was threatened with guns and arrest.

It is customary for captors and oppressors to publicly display the people who they have tortured and punished, to the remainder of those who were captured or incarcerated. These remaining people were forced to openly witness the execution of anyone who was defiant, rebellious or a runaway to make an example of them as a warning, and to break the spirit of anyone else who would want to defy authority. A lynched victim would often be left to hang and rot for days.

These civil servants no longer seem to represent what their uniforms are supposed to portray as the roles of peace officers who exhibit helpfulness, rescue, friendliness, trust, or to protect and serve- for African Americans. Instead, they abuse their office to control, degrade, bully, insult, brutalize, assault, provoke, harass, rape, plant weapons and drugs, then trump up charges to siphon money from our people, and finally, to detain, murder and incarcerate our people into their corporate privatized neo slave system and now to overtly murder children.

How can this police officer be suspended and terminated because of racist tactics from one police station, only to go to another town and be immediately hired to continue the same racist conduct un-checked? A national investigation is needed on how many Police officers serve dual loyalties, not only to their "Fraternal Order of Police" but also to the KKKlan, Neo Nazi cells and other terrorist organization! Police are killing our Black males all over the United States with impunity now- This has become a national trend!  An investigation is needed, not only into corrupt officers, but also Judges, Lawyers, Paramedics, Nurses, and Teachers who use their professional positions to act out racist objectives. When Background checks, employment screenings, hiring policies, and social references fail to find correlations to hate/terrorist organizations and the applicant's ties to other officials and professionals who serve in our governmental structures- Federal, State, County and City divisions, Then this is a great blind spot that needs to be addressed. When officials work in the day, then show up to meetings for hate cells to act on their agendas in the evenings and weekends.... This smells like an initiation for "Preppers, Militias and Armageddon fanatic extremism.  Included in their agenda are private corporations who are funding members- to openly kill/ lynch our black men- and then fund their release with impunity...

IMHO The US Inc. turned around and sold "We the People" back to the British Vatican "Empire of the States"... We are still living in a neo-Greco-Roman Empire- Corporatakrazy- fueled by the school to prison pipeline for the military industrial complex... While the neo "Tea Party" is toting their guns to secede from the union and incite a race war with police cooperation -acting out a directive of Armageddon from their Militia Sleeper Cells who have learned their military tactics through USAF Military service- all the way back to World War I...
The 13th Amendment is a farce! Under this U.S. Maritime Pirate system, all People of African decent, are considered criminal suspects, and subject to mass incarceration or justifiable homicide in the line of duty of police!
There seems to be a civil war going on against Black Americans nationwide. These officers show their presence in our residential neighborhood areas like invaders, to stalk, apprehend and arrest people with trumped up warrants, to write tickets and citations under a quota system. They complacently witness domestic disputes, then only work to protect and secure city buildings, businesses and rental properties- For a police officer to act as judge, jury and executioner -to our Black men, women and children, in the street, then hide behind city statutes is unacceptable!

You hear public officials divert this issue to Black on Black crime. When you see black on black assault and murder, it is only symptomatic modelling of the ongoing assault of our Youth, by authority figures. Most of theses assaults are based in the war on drugs, or shall i say the invasion of alcohol, drugs and sexual mis conduct in the targeted neighborhoods. These victims are only following the examples of exploitation and the abuse of power and authority, when they choose to assault each other. From the metal detectors in our youth's schools and civil locations, with aggressive security officers in the Public schools, to the urban streets and neighborhoods, our young people of color are under siege. Our Young people are accosted at shopping Malls, stores, Parks, etc. as delinquents and potential suspects.

"FERGUSON, Mo. Michael Brown, the unarmed Black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said."

Mr. Brown, 17, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.

His Family’s Attorney stated:

“The sheer number of bullets and the way they were scattered all over his body showed this police officer had a brazen disregard for the very people he was supposed to protect in that community,” Mr. Crump said. “We want to make sure people understand what this case is about: This case is about a police officer executing a young unarmed man in broad daylight.”

The private Forensic investigator stated:

"One of the bullets shattered Mr. Brown’s right eye, traveled through his face, exited his jaw and re-entered his collarbone. The last two shots in the head would have stopped him in his tracks and were likely the last fired."

"Mr. Brown", he said, "would not have survived the last two shoots even if he had been taken to a hospital right away. The autopsy indicated that he was otherwise healthy."

This brings me to reflect on the story from the Aku (Ancients) and the metaphysics behind this execution.

This policeman's fatal shots destroyed both the pituitary and the pineal Chakras areas to not only end the life of Mike Brown, but to extinguish his spiritual nature and portal connection to the Creator and Heaven. The shots to his right arm while it was raised also shunted the sending and connecting energy of this man's life. In effect, this youth was not able to ascend. his soul is condemned to wander the earth as a soul slave.

Eye of Heru

Often called the all-seeing eye, this ancient symbol has been found today, in the media and communications, from the US one dollar bill, to digital and cable network television logos. Its origin and meaning is a mystery for a great number of people who come across this symbol in their daily lives. Some like to believe that it has hidden symbols and clues associated with the Illuminati. Not every picture or image of an eye has to do with some sort of conspiracy. This Eye is an ancient symbol that goes back to many ancient societies and was manifested in KMT- known as Ka-Ma-Ta (Kingdom of the Source of Life and the Enlightened, Eternal Soul) Aka- Khamet or Kemet. The Eye of Heru or The Eye of Ra symbol represents Understanding, Wisdom, Knowledge, Restoration, Salvation, Light, Illumination, Enlightenment, Sight, Vision, Looking, Observation, Viewing or Beauty.

Heru(Horus) was the ancient sun of Auset(Isis). Auset was the first to immaculately conceived her Sun during the sorrow of the death and desecration of her husband Ausar(Osiris) who was killed and divided into 14 pieces by his jealous brother Set. Heru’s eyes were said to be associated with the sun and the moon, right and left eye respectively. Heru soon became strongly associated with the rebirth of the sun (and the elemental powers of the sun known as Ra (as Ra-Hru-khty who is “Heru of the two horizons,") while his Mother Auset(Isis) or Djehuti, Tehuti(Thoth) was associated with the moon. An ancient myth describes a battle between Heru and Set in which Heru´s right eye was torn out and Set lost his testicles! Heru’s Mother Auset, with the help of Djehuti, magically restored Heru´s eye, at which point it was given the name "Wadjet" ("whole" or "healthy"). In this myth it is specifically stated that it is Heru´s Right eye that had been torn out, so the myth relates to the 28 day waxing and waning of the moon, during which the moon appears to have been torn out of the sky before being restored once every lunar month. The sunset each night, marks the battle between Set and Heru, with Heru as victor to permit the rebirth of the Sunrise every Morning.

The first fatal shot that Michael Brown received, was fired into the right eye. This destroyed not only his eye but his pituitary and pineal glands in his Third Eye 6th Chakra region. the second Shot destroyed his crown chakra region, down into his Pineal gland.

The Wadjet (or Ujat, meaning "Whole One") is a powerful symbol of protection in ancient Egypt also known as the "Eye of Heru" and the "all seeing eye". The symbol was frequently used in jewelry made of gold, silver, lapis lazuli, turquoise, onyx, wood, porcelain, and carnelian, to ensure the safety and health of the bearer and provide wisdom and prosperity. However, it was also known as the "Eye of Ra", a powerful force linked with the Light and fierce heat of the sun, which was described as the "Daughter of Ra". The "eye" was personified as his mother Auset and the goddess Wadjet and associated with a number of other gods and goddesses (notably Auset (Mother of Heru), Het Heru, Hathor, Bast, Sekhmet, Tefnut, Nekhbet and Mut).

The restored eye became an emblem of Ma’at in the re-establishment of order from isfit (chaos,) thus closely associating it with the concepts of Ma´at-Balance, order and reciprocity.

In one myth Heru made a gift of the eye to Ausar to help him rule the netherworld. Ausar ate the eye and was restored to life. As a result, it became a symbol of life and resurrection. Offerings of food and liquids are sometimes called "Eye of Heru" because it was thought that the goods offered were revitalizing and the receiver became divine when presented.

Wadjet fractions

The Eye of Heru was believed to have healing and protective power, and it was used as a protective amulet. It was also used as a notation of measurement, particularly for measuring the ingredients in medicines and pigments. The symbol was divided into six parts, representing the shattering of Heru´s eye into six pieces. Each piece was associated with one of the six senses and a specific fraction.

More complex fractions were created by adding the symbols together. It is interesting to note that if the pieces are added together the total is 63/64 not 1. Some suggest that the remaining 1/64 represents the placeholder of 0 to represent Amen the void and primordial beginning, Some see it as the Soul that is balanced against the feather for its purity, or the magic used by Auset and Tehuti to restore the eye, while others consider that the missing piece represented the missing phallus of Ausar, which prompted the immaculate conception of Heru by Auset. Others consider the fact that perfection was not possible. However, it is equally likely that they appreciated the simplicity of the system which allowed them to deal with common fractions quickly, after all they already had a symbol for the number "1" and they had other numerical notations available when they needed to use smaller fractions.

According to later traditions, the right eye also represented a solar eclipse in which the sun is momentarily blotted from the sky.

This symbolism is also reflected on the Chakra zones and energy vortexes of the body that are connected to endocrine glandular systems and the Third eye and Crown Chakra zones

Chakra is a Sanskrit word and it means "Wheel" or "Vortex" because that is what it looks like when it is observed in our spiritual nature. Each Chakra is like a solid ball of energy interpenetrating the physical body, in the same way that a magnetic field can interpenetrate the physical body. The Chakras are not physical; they are the aspects of consciousness in the same way that the Auras are aspects of consciousness. Chakras are Energy Centers that have governance over particular areas of your body Chakras interact with the physical body through two major vehicles, the endocrine system and the nervous system. Each Chakra can be associated with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body controlled by that Plexus or that endocrine gland associated with that Chakra.

The Crown Chakra

Located at the top of the head, The Pineal gland pulsates and radiates its energy to connect with the creator and heaven. The Crown represents spiritual awakening and connection to Divine intelligence, the Ancestors and the cosmos.

The right side of the body is the sending energy. And the left side is receiving. The head has 2 chakra centers of the Pituitary and Pineal Glands, aligning with the Third Eye region and the Crown. The Pituitary Third Eye Zone, represents trust and Intuition, while the Pineal Crown connects to divine wisdom. It was these 2 energy centers that were completely destroyed in Michael Brown before he was able to ascend!

The Raised Hands of Ka

Michael Brown was assaulted on his right arm after following the orders to get into a submissive posture, on his knees with his hands up.

This is the posture of the KA. The Ka is one of the most powerful ancient signs of praise and nurturing. The right palm holds the sending energy, while the left palm receives energy.

The word, Ka, was expressed by a hieroglyph depicting two upraised arms, which was usually the symbol of an embrace, the protection of a man by his Ka, or a sign of praise, although other interpretations are possible.

The Ka hieroglyph appears on offering tables in place of representations of actual offerings, it represents a basic sense of life-power, the sign may appear in position with the ankh or other signs.

Frequently the symbol is seen as the "soul" or "spirit." So the Ka represented Eternal life. During very ancient times, the Ka may have indicated male potency, and in all periods it is used as a term for the creative and sustaining power of life.

Importantly, the physical Ka needed continuing nourishment in order to survive, and offerings of food and drink were made to it. Eventually, the offerings themselves were regarded as being imbued with the Ka's life-power and the plural Ka- u was used to mean "food offerings"

A distinction must be made between the internal and external Ka, as well as between the royal and the human Ka.

The idea that there was something securing the physical and mental activities of man arose in KMT and elsewhere during prehistory. The Ka (or internal Ka) was believed to be one of those entities. Many ancient words, such as "think about" and "thought" have the same basic root as the word for Ka, as do other words such as "magic" and "enchant", reflecting the supernatural essence of the Ka. There was also a reproductive role of the Ka. It is another part of what the ancients considered to be a part of mankind's existence, the Ba, which was usually related to the mind. Thus, in the literary work, "Dispute of a Man with his Ba", confusion of thought is described as a dialogue with the Ba. The Ka was also considered to be involved in the thought process.

The Ka could also refer to destiny or providence. The Ka designated individual human traits such as character, nature, temperament or disposition. And since one's character has so much to do with one's life.

The Ka is a universal symbol for vital force.

The ka was primarily associated with the placenta, considered the twin of a man, and was born with them. Scenes of the king's birth depicted as Khnum forming the royal baby and his ka on a potter's wheel. At the same time, to "go to one's ka" meant to die, even though the ka continued to live on after the body itself died, and was then supreme. In fact, priests who served in the funerary cult were called hemu-ka or "Ka servants".

Within Old Kingdom pyramid temples, New Kingdom royal tombs and the temples dedicated to the gods, there are many representations of the Ka accompanying the king, either as a personified Ka sign or even in human form with the Ka sign on its head. The royal Ka is related to Heru’s name describing the presence of god in the king. This shows the dual nature of the king, which combines divine and mortal components. His divinity is realized through the Ka. The relationship between the royal Ka and Heru is apparent. Unlike the royal Ka, the human Ka was never represented as a separate figure, because any representation itself is the ka.

The Eye of Ra

Ra (who was considered the Nsbity, of the Great Temple of KMT) had become an old and weak figure. The people no longer respected him or his rule. The people broke the laws and made jokes at his expense. He did not react well to this and decided to punish mankind by sending an aspect of his daughter, the Eye of Ra. He plucked her from the Ureas (royal serpent) on his brow, and sent her to earth in the form of a lion. She waged war on humanity slaughtering thousands until the fields were awash with human blood. When Ra saw the extent of the devastation he relented and called his daughter back to his side, fearing that she would kill everyone. However, she was in a blood lust and ignored his pleas. So he arranged for 7,000 jugs of beer and pomegranate juice (which stained the beer blood red) to be poured all over the fields around her. She gorged on what she thought was "blood" and became so drunk that she slept for three days and awoke with a terrible hangover. Thus mankind was saved from her terrible vengeance. Sa- Represents the Protector of the Ka, and Ta- Represents the divine place of existence. Together the KRST- OR Ka Ra Sa Ta is the divine existence of our Indigo Children on this planet.

Our President Barack Obama has received unprecedented defiance, resistance and defamation, along with his wife, First Lady Michelle Obama. President Obama has two beautiful daughters, who have grown into brilliant young ladies. They represent our future and like millions of other youth, must bare the burden of the fate of this country.

Breaking the Chains of Slave Mentality

Our Black people are living in these times of wholesale murder by police who are abusing the authority of their office, to play the role of judge and jury in the streets of this society. Black people are suffering from a living death, as human sacrifices, to perpetuate an Isfit world of Imperialism. The psychological warfare of religion has played a pinnacle roll in corralling and leading our people to a death march that directs them to a dead-end of prayer vigils, Grandstanding funeral and ineffective resolution to the injustices that are not only set against the target of black-skinned peoples living in the US, but also the global terrorism and imperialism coming from the US to the rest of the world.

The US Eats Their Indigo Children As Human Sacrifices!

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated after he said: "...But I've come to believe we're integrating into a burning house."

Black Afrakan Original Families have accepted and succumbed to the alien inception of an integrated post-racial society. So, instead of cultivating our own cooperative Economics, self-policing and protecting their own autonomous Black Families and Communities, they choose to live behind enemy lines, within enemy territories, where they have allowed the constant microaggression of psychopaths to invade and destroy black families, in what remains a corral of black people living in impoverished conditions. Overwhelmingly, our single parent mothers are defenseless, often holding down 2-3 jobs, while black fatherhood has been kidnapped by the state. While the state takes black men, to be hunted, tortured, incarcerated, effeminized, or drugged, their young suns are left to run their households on their own, vulnerable to inevitably face the school to prison pipeline cycle. As our Black youth, Men and fathers fight to stay out of the claws of the prison industrial-neo-slavery machines, many Black families are also scattered by integration, into eurocentric value systems, pushing them further away from their own African cultural values and successful economic systems. The same children who lose their family network by Incarceration or death, are dropped into a foster care system, where they are vulnerable to molestation, exploitation and further abuse or adopted by caucasian people who incept their WASP middle-class values on our Black children stripping them further from self-knowledge and cultural identity.

The great Achievements and thriving successes of Afrikan original people and our healing spirituality, have been overshadowed in this world by western imperialism. Yet no matter where in the world we are, or what station or class, in society, people of Afrikan descent are still marginalized and statically stereotyped as non-human, potential suspects, across the globe.

We must build our own Black Autonomy societies, that we protect for ourselves.

Our youth are the walking wounded corralled into a war zone for genocide. Our youth are suffering from PTSD and an overload of misinformation. Many of the adults around them are unconscious of self-knowledge or a historical reference of the heritage of Ancient Original Peoples. Their minds are socialized into the psychopathy of a toxic enemy mind so they cannot create or offer any solutions. They are caught in an "orbiting cycle." They are hollow, unconscious, stripped of their own culture and self-knowledge. All that many of our unconscious elders have to offer are platitudes, prayer vigils, GMO Food pantries, and 3 on 3 basketball gambling pot events. Unfortunately, many of our youth are subjected to these alien minds through the childcare and public school system. Our children receive a multiple invasion of their Water, Food, Body, and Spirit.

When we see our Black men wearing  "counterfeit Christ" death symbols, that glorify the execution and suffering of a mythical character, while completely ignoring, or often blaming, the ongoing suffering of all of our own young men of Afrikan descent, and the ever-widening gap filled with impoverished family members, these theists fail our people in their ignorance to recognize the true greatness in their own heritage of Afrikan Spiritual science systems. We can see how All of Our Black Men have been rendered unconscious from childhood, and are actually steered to serve caucasian people in a Stockholm Syndrome, as willing slaughtered lambs.

These theists don't see that their black children are really the Black KRST Heru warriors, because they are blinded by a dysfunctional fictitious character that hides an alien agenda of dead-stone-blue-eyed demonic characters under their charade, and who masquerades into the psyche of our youth, in most cases by their own family members- mothers, Aunts, Grandparents, and Fathers who choose to daily drink from the diluted milk of a belief in a better world, by and by after they die. From youth, they have been mentally enslaved to daily maintain this false illusion of the status quote of Isfit (confusion, chaos, mayhem) Maafa (A terrible disaster) and imperialism for more than the past 2000 year world paradigm...

Ankh is the eternal vortex of life creation, manifested as the Black mother's womb

KRST stands for *Ka- Immortal Eternal Soul, Life Force *Ra- Sun Creation, Illuminator *Sa- Protector, Bes *Ta- Land, Kingdom. (C) Amen Par Ankh, Nuta Beqsu

As Indigo people of Afrikan descent, we are a sentimental and deeply spiritual people. A people who have been uprooted from their own way of life and stripped of any humanity and ancestral history. Often we become vulnerable and susceptible to any inception outside of our own cultural ways to fill the void for our own spirituality that was suppressed. We were not permitted to remain on our natural lands, resources and environment, speak our own languages, eat the foods that provided the sustenance for our people to think and thrive, know our own family names or lineages,  and read or write unless it served the purpose to empower our own natural enemy. Now we worship alien Gods to serve the best interest of aliens...

Christianity and Islam distract the mind from seeking development and consciousness of our true selves. These religions do not inform people about their own history or culture.  In fact, they distort the historical truth and forbid, condemn and demand that individuals deny their own way of life. It does not stimulate the mind to only learn about the narrow teachings within a Bible. Divorced from reality and in a spiritual/intellectual vacuum people are better exploited and will find themselves content to be passive in hostile circumstances or to engage in the development of their own country and continent.

Our youth are corralled into a slaughterhouse for their own annihilation. As long as we choose to follow the false alien values and belief systems of religions, we shall always hear about the Trayvons and Emmett Tills, lynchings from 3rd Grade defective educational systems- to the prison and military industrial complex, while our youth are invited to -shoot a ball through a basket. (ref. Francis Cress Welsing)

Haile Selassie was a supreme example of valor and dignity while under fire and invasion. He was resolute in maintaining the cultural identity of his nation.

“The temple of the most high begins with the human body, which houses our life, essence of our existence. Africans are in bondage today because they approach spirituality through Religion provided by foreign invaders and conquerors. We must stop confusing religion and spirituality. Religion is a set of rules, regulations and rituals created by humans which were supposed to help people grow spiritually. Due to human imperfection religion has become corrupt, political, divisive and a tool for power struggle.
Spirituality is not theology or ideology. It is simply a way of life, pure and original as was given by the Most High. Spirituality is a network linking us to the Most High, the universe and each other. As the essence of our existence, it embodies our culture, true identity, nationhood. and destiny.

A people without a nation they can really call their own is a people without a soul. Africa is our nation and is in spiritual and physical bondage because her leaders are turning to outside forces for solutions to African problems when everything Africa needs is within her. When African righteous people come together, the world will come together. This is our divine destiny."

H.I.M. Haile Selassie I

This global accelerated slaughter of our people reminds me of the Aztec/Mayan sacrifices. In the latter days of decline in their civilization, death sacrifices were on a daily bases, as their children kicked the skulls of the sacrificed around as pastime soccer balls!

Our Black youth and Men are the bloody mortar cement for their building stones and the grinding grease for their machinery...

Our Children need to feel respected and valued in their own life with their own cultural centered, values and beliefs. We are STILL trying to acculturate our Pre-Teens into this misfit, alien pseudo value system because we don't recognize or know ourselves, or we have rejected our own spiritual ways through brainwashing and ignorance. Our story is still not written or recognized in the textbooks of the institutions we send our children to. This system has no respect or relationship to our own cultural values. Our people have chased our children into the traffick of race supremacy, only to set our youth into an unhealthy spiral of power and control conflicts, to crush their spirit and self-esteem, or have them grow to hate all authority figures... Religion in effect will "Willie Lynch" our own children "for massa" and instill dysfunctional ideas that destroy their adult lives and relationships...

"It was our Krstianity that enabled us to live naturally and in spiritual communion with nature, But we were deceived by those who pretended to come in peace, and they replaced our Krstianity with their Christianity, and as a result, we have been powerless ever since. We were tricked into attaching ourselves to their counterfeit that sounds like that which empowers us."  the African Village

Our youth are the walking wounded corralled into a war zone for genocide. Our youth are suffering from PTSD and an overload of misinformation. Many of the adults around them who are socialized into the psychopathy of a toxic enemy mind, do not offer any solutions. They are hollow, unconscious, stripped of their own culture and self-knowledge. All that our adults have to offer are platitudes, prayer vigils, and basketball games.

This is how our youth are conditioned to be Child Soldiers for the US. They are engineered for self destruction.

*Their Food, Water, Language, Religions, Medical Services, Education, Land, Resources, Cosmetics,  Fashion Attire, and negative media propaganda about themselves, etc., are all under the auspices and control of invaders.

The difference between a KRST and a "Christ"

KRST consciousness, that opened the way in our cultural understanding of the cosmos, to create a culture that enabled us to live in harmony with creation in a natural balance and in spiritual communion with the natural world. We were deceived by those who invaded our residences, pretending to come in peace, then they replaced our KRST consciousness with the man-made Christian religious denominations and cults, and as a result, we have been powerless and impotent ever since. We were even taught to despise and reject our own beliefs and value systems, that were plagiarized and written right in their holy books, as false teachers, anti-christ, deceivers witchcraft, hoodoo, and trivialness. We were tricked and bamboozled into attaching ourselves to their counterfeit religions, thinking that their way is more empowering than our own. In the U.S. there was a generational degrade of our people over time, where we were stripped of our land, resources, culture- language, philosophy, connection with our spiritual understanding. When you wipe the mind of any connection or relationship- It is easy to then incept and replace ideas. Words have power. Lies have cataclysmic, damaging effects. The moment that we begin to accept lies and false inceptions, our body and mind begin to change. We are then under attack by autoimmune diseases. Our immune system does not bother to distinguish between fact or fantasy. Our consciousness no longer questions the truth or lies. It only reacts to what it is given.  That is why they attack our children and get the parents to go along with- an Easter bunny laying colored eggs, Halloween Trick-a-Trunks, and a fat white-bearded man magically appearing in our homes to replace our parental authority, economics, and leadership. We are actually dysfunctionally co-depending on a foreign alien personification, rather than The natural living universe, our own collective consciousness and Ancestors. It seems familiar because their system was co-opted from our own! Yet, there is something skewed and inert about their structure. Maybe it is because of their calcified pineal gland. Like a father born with no eyes trying to explain to his sighted child, everything he knows about vision. Some children love their Father so much that they will take out their own eyes to be like their father rather than to see the real world! This reminds me of the Eagle and the pigeon story or the Ugly Duckling story- How a Beautiful Black swan, crippled herself to be like a duck until she found her own flock of beautiful swans. Black people have taken swine entrails that were given to us to enslave and degrade our consciousness, and attempted to make them into a palatable gourmet delicacy- Yet in reality, we are actually feeding our children and inviting into our sacred temple, the lowest foulest piece of animal carcass- swine intestine entrails of Christianity- instead of growing our own real foods and feeding our temples and mind with the abundance and variety of nutritious and healthy foods... Yet most are not even eating food- they are only drinking milk/pus.

"Only cowardly, blinded, ignorant men (and mothers) see their children under attack and join the attackers. Our children are suffering, and acting and lashing out. All we do is suppress them even more. We have not succeeded in constructing the institutions and organizations to heal them and direct their Righteous Anger, so they spiral down and fall into the traps that our enemies set for them. Then we stand over the pit and shame them for falling. This is Disgraceful."

"Our youth don't owe us shit, we owe them an apology, and a promise that we will retake the world for them.-" Diallo Kenyatta-

It is often unpleasant to be moved out of one's comfort zone. To realize that one are believing a lie, and to see the error of one's ways, can sometimes be very traumatic. Then, to also recognize that their parents, friends and family have virtually lied to them in their innocence and ignorance. This is called Cognitive Dissonance. Yet, as our Black men and women will fight to their death, thinking they are martyrs for their slave master's belief system, to continue to lead our youth into this fraudulent circle jerk of alien patriarchy. We thereby enable and empower our adversaries in the mind, body/temple and soul of each generation. We must move from drinking the diluted milk/pus of our oppressors- to eating the nutritious meat of the spirit of our own Black African Ancestors and way of life.
