"Grand Rising” is a phrase some people say when they greet each other after Sunrise. The act of “rising” has an obvious correlation in the act of waking up or getting out of bed. Speaking with intention is an act of living consciously. Words have power and the act of "speaking life" to each other is uplifting.
Our Bodies are intelligently connected to the Cosmos. So our Bodies actually respond to the Sun. Our third eye called the Pineal Gland, is a light sensitive gland found in the center of our brains. It switches from producing Serotonin during the sunshine of the day, to secrete Melatonin to the 14 major glands after sunset. Our Ancient Afrikan Ancestars were amazing Magi! They knew the secrets of the universe!
So, Instead of grieving "mourning" the sunset, we celebrate the rising of the sun.
The US standard English language is like a salad with many ingredients. Not only from the Latin family Base in Europe, but from Native American, Afrikan, and Asia, etc. There are also many homonyms that are homophones and homographs. So, "Morning" sounds like "Mourning." Technically speaking, your mind cannot tell the difference. We practice Spell-ing with intentional sounds of power known as Heka from our Ancient Ancestral Societies...
A few decades ago, there were many studies on Ebonics. There was found an Intelligent design in the many dialects across America, like the Gullah people from the South Carolina Regions, the Seminoles, and the Pan-Afrikan world, where many correlations with Patwah/Patois from the Caribbean, South America, and Afrikan Diaspora existed. Our Languages are in the tapestry of civilizations in America and the world.
So to infuse the rich cultures of Mama Afrika, adding soul to spice up our dialogue in America, is Black Magic Power!
Our Ancient KMT Afrikan Ancestars celebrated The rising of the sun as Ausar, Ra as the Noon day, and Heru at Sunset. Ausar is the Earth Sovereign. He is abundance and prosperity, all things green and growing. In the ancient creation story, from the people known as KMT, his jealous brother Set murdered Ausar and carved him into 14 pieces, distributed all over the planet. These pieces represent Civilization, and Abundance found all over the planet. Ausar's wife Auset, was the first Madonna to have the first immaculate conception, to birth a son Heru. Every sunset, the first strike of red, is the first blow of Heru on his Uncle Set, to vanquish his father's death. They fight throughout every night. Auset uses the moon to mirror a reflection of light for her son to see.
