The war between junk and foodA very creative film along the theme of "The Matrix" where "agents" (commercial market advertisers) try to target and invade a child, while walking down the street to a convenience store, to consume processed GMO junk. He is saved by a vegetarian- Neo character, who guides the young man to the "real world" of fresh fruits and vegetable health. An enjoyable children's film.
This film makes me think about how much junk there really is, and the many ways that it finds itself in our children and even ourselves. This junk has so often taken the place of good health. There is nothing in a typical grocery store worth consuming. even good seeds are hard to find. The nightmare is to recognize that many of us are obese in appearance but are really starving for real nutrition.
