POLICE BRUTALITY STATE OF THE UNION

We offer our deepest sympathy and sorrow to all families who endure the tragic loss of their Sons and Daughters, who have suffered a tremendous betrayal and injustice and a direct assault to our human dignity, Security and The very lives of Indigo people. Just by the color of our skin and not the content of our character.

We must first acknowledge that the proliferation of open murder of unarmed Black people by armed caucasians in police uniforms in the USA Inc, is not only an issue of "Police brutality." The police and the Judicial system are an appendage to a white supremacy/racist system. So Police brutality is in reality an issue of systemic white supremacy, of caucasian race terrorists, often dressed as police, yet serving on all levels of economics, health and environment within the United States, occupying the Americas. Caucasian Police officers are often recruited to join a police department from a nationalist gang. Then many new recruits enter one "Fraternal Order" from another "Fraternal Order" hate conglomerate- seamlessly, with identical mindsets... There is nepotism blended with "brotherhood" to create "The Blue Wall of Silence." Blue silence IS Blue Violence. 

There is a difference between the conduct of black police officers and caucasian police officers. Black police officers don't go into caucasian communities, wealthy, middle class or poor- and harass the people in the community! Black officers are not racially profiling or killing unarmed caucasian people, running racial profiling detective investigations, patrolling high crime areas in poor caucasian neighborhoods, or conveniently accessible in those neighborhoods, while off duty. 

Are there caucasians who are "good cops," who are not involved with white supremacist groups or police corruption? These officers are complicit to "white privilege." That means they turn deaf ears and blind eyes to the water cooler jokes, discriminating office politics, and the subtle overtones and disparities in the profiling, paperwork, and records between black and white. This is endemic of the "Blue wall of silence" Blue silence IS Blue violence!

You can count to the thousands of Black men over the decades, especially after the 1990s war on drugs, who were killed by cops right in front of a camera- and the police officer(s) not indicted, and then given paid leave to later returned back to work or relocate to another precinct, only to continue their rampage of brutalities. I was surprised to hear only the push for cameras for police officers in the aftermath of Mike Brown's death in Ferguson Missouri, and not the total revamp of police policy, training, and procedures, not only in that direct police department but as a national mandate. Who really stands to gain from this?

The sad answer is the stance of perpetual white supremacy. The United States has never be able to legislate against hate. All of the Desegregation, Integration, and Assimilation has never been able to change this. People of African Descent have always been on the bottom end of the Pyramid of Economics and Justice. I am reminded of the character Winston in the book: 1984, by George Orwell, where Winston is trapped in a totalitarian state and is being tortured in room 101, to betray his human values and love. He exclaimed, "DO IT TO HER NOT ME!" So the Red, and Brown, Women, and Men, The Woman's rights issues, the LGBTQX coalition, and any other stance will always be complicit with white supremacy, while betraying and degrading the human rights of "Black" people in De Facto.

Some Police officers are bigots, who are recruited from nationalists hate groups to continue to sponsor, and participate in racists organizations while they're "off duty"... (We know police officers are never really "off Duty") While they are on duty, they may be assigned to work with a population of people, who they have prejudgment about... Do I need to spell this out any further? Another problem is the "Blue wall of silence," that these bigoted bullies are able to hide behind, and are protected from indictment and punishment. Isn't the US still standing in a time of war, since 9-11? So calling 911 is like having your personal SWAT team on speed dial.  Dialing 911 is now a way for Becky the Bigot, to exact assault and controls on innocent Black people and be absolved of punishment. In fact Becky the Bigot has always been around to incite violence on Black Men playing the roles of Potiphar's Wife, and Delilah, crying rape at their whim.  Caucasian women have always been in the background of white supremacy, washing out the blood on KKKlan robes, and breeding young racists. For example, the murder of Emmet Till, The burning down of Black Wallstreet's of Florida and Tulsa, Oklahoma,  the silent history of child molestations of Black minor young boys and athletes, human trafficking/sexual assault, and abuse in job sites, factories and maid services. In fact, the school-to-prison pipeline is so pervasive, through the foster care system, where psychotherapists indoctrinate Black children of incarcerated parents to reject their parents and families and resort to organ harvesting and homosexuality etc.

How can the police officers who killed Mike Brown and other innocent unarmed black people, be able to be suspended and terminated because of racist tactics from one police station, only to go to another town, and be immediately hired to continue the same racist conduct unchecked!? A national investigation is needed on how many Police officers and other civil servants serve dual loyalties, not only to their "Fraternal Order of Police" but also to the Fraternal orders of the KKKlan, Neo-Nazis, militia cells and other international terrorist organizations!  Caucasian Police are targeting (Racial Profiling) and killing our Black Men, Women and Children all over the United States, with impunity now. This has become a national trend!

 An outside investigation is also needed, not only into corrupt officers, but also Judges, Lawyers, Security, Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors, Teachers, Bankers, Real Estate agencies, and delivery drivers, as well all other Public Professional institutions, Unions, Orders, and Organizations who use their professional positions to act out racist objectives, drug running, Organ harvesting, and Human trafficking. When background checks, employment screenings, hiring policies, and social references fail to find correlations to hate/terrorist organizations and the applicant's ties to other officials and professionals who serve in our governmental structures- Federal, State, County, and City divisions, Then this is a great blind spot that needs to be addressed. When officials work in the day, then show up to meetings for hate-cells, to act on their agendas in the evenings and weekends.... This smells like the same strange fruit of Slave Patrols and Jim Crow Lynching,  White supremacists often recruit caucasian youth for initiation into "Preppers", "Militias" and race war Armageddon fanatic extremism while in school. Even the military, from which many police are recruited, is imbued with caucasians who have been indoctrinated into white supremacy. Included in their agenda of white supremacy, are private corporations who are funding terrorist organization members with reward bounties- to openly kill/ lynch black People- and then fund their paid leave, release, private security, lawyers, and judges with impunity- often for the rest of their lives! Doctors and Judges have been found involved in human trafficking, sex slavery, pornography, "Down-low behavior", organ harvesting, Medical experimentation (much like the Tuskegee experiment)  with incarcerated people, who have succumbed to imprisonment for plea bargains, awaiting trial and imprisoned. Hell, the cabinet of the standing President (T-Rump) is a pack of white supremacists. White supremacy no longer hides under a white robe. It is dressed in judges and professors robes, as well as suits and ties.

Many police officers are involved with human trafficking, Illegal Drugs, and Weapons distributions in every city in the US. The police department responds with the distinction of "corrupt police"

IMHO, *We need to change the laws where police officers can no longer have immunity from punishment, release from malpractice and abuse of power, while in uniform or without uniforms, when they shoot innocent, weaponless Black youth down in the streets of this nation over minor offenses!

*Mainly POLICE OFFICERS MUST SEE BLACK SKINNED CITIZENS AS HUMAN BEINGS, WITH FEELINGS AND STRESSES or they should NOT be police officers! Black-skinned people are not "potential suspects" or a "criminal element. "The culture of Black Americans, should not be cast as a monolithic criminal construct for racial profiling.

*The emphasis on local control, community policing, and tribal councils should be employed over invader police who are insensitive to the cultural practices of Indigo people.

*Stop Targeting the black community to fulfill quotas and police training

*All Citizens should be able to remain in the safety of their car to call and wait for a supervisor and/or be escorted while they drive their vehicle to a police station if an officer chooses detainment.

*Yet, Some police stations are rigged to capture and assault citizens, especially Citizens of African Descent. They set up speed traps, Auto accident set-ups, and other snares. They should be shut down.

*Demilitarize Policing.

*NEVER use their uniform or authority to Sexually Harass and exploit People of Color specifically. 

 *Community/Neighborhood relationships must be established, for domestic disputes, starting with localizing neighborhood members for security patrolling, watch members, and establishing safe houses. 

*Requiring Police officers to reside and be culturally apprised of the community that they serve 

*We need to revisit the training strategies that are being employed to use deadly force in lieu of arrest, for non-life-threatening offenses.

*We should end the use of a chokehold, which is essentially lynching (Eric Gardner and George Floyd)

*Officers should be expelled from service if they are found intoxicated or under the influence of ANY abused drug, prescription, or narcotic, while on duty- much like a rapist, pedophile/ child molester would be expelled.

* More drug testing should be required - more than illegal drugs and alcohol, (even caffeine abuse) pertaining to physical health and mental state of mind. (If you take an allergy pill, for instance, it can affect driving, machine operation, and state of mind due to drowsiness, etc... A police officer should be considered unfit for duty if they are incapacitated in any way-especially during field duty.

* How about returning to reciting the Maranda Rights, and explaining why a citizen is being detained, and what charges they are being detained for.

*Changing/Ending on the 72-hour arrest/hold of any individual without being charged (Sandra Bland)

*Officers should rotate their field assignments and have limited field duty assignments, much like forensic doctors, to reduce burnout, and frequent patrol location changes to avoid corruption.

*More educational requirements to serve as a police officer (More than a barber/cosmetologist)

*Meet the request for an African American Police officer's presence, during traffic stops and domestic disputes, just as language interpreters are made available for foreign language speakers.

*Return Juvenile detention and more lenient sentencing like community service, to end the school-to-prison pipeline

*Ending "Tag and Release" objectives on people (especially youth) to ruin careers, blemish records, for credit, housing, and careers

*Immediate Termination of any officer involved with planting or doctoring evidence.

*Reassessment for when a citizen is struggling for their life or breath or moving from the pain of having their arm dislodged from their socket, and "resisting arrest"

*DOGS ARE NOT POLICE OFFICERS! DOGS should not be a priority over human beings. For a cop to use a dog to attack a man under the guise of law and order, or appropriate police work, having the man handcuffed, while the dog is ripping into the flesh and vital organs. Then to accuse the victim of resisting arrest, or charging the victim with assaulting a police officer, is sadistic, cruel, and should be outlawed!

*Police must have more accountability for Black citizens with disabilities, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Techniques of de-escalation instead of inciting violence must be employed as the first choice for policing any situation.

*ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE OF POWER!

The Civil Rights movement has proven that the US system cannot legislate against hate and bigotry. Yet White privilege and white supremacy mentality is still running unchecked in most departments.

 It used to be required that Police officers serve as ministers of peace, who lived within the community that they serve. That meant that they knew the students and parents like neighbors.

• We really need Self-Policing! We also need OUR OWN Private Autonomous community developments monitored by our own private Patrol and Security services for self-police. Much like the Native American tribal councils, we can establish our own societal structure that encompasses a council of Elders, security, self-police, fire/ rescue- coming from our own community. We need to lower the involvement of the government and their controlling influences within our communities. We need our own Tribal Councils, private patrols, and safe houses, where we only call the police after a homicide. Policing within the US really came from Slave Patrolling. Police inherently support the status quo of the Wealthy and Corporations. 

• Police officers should live where they serve, and at least attend and commemorate community celebrations like graduations, Ballgames, Community achievements and other success stories, not as a hostile display of force, but as ministers of peace.

• Police officers should return to being community servants and not the Bounty Hunters, Slave Patrollers, and predatory guard dogs for corporations, businesses, private interest groups and drug distribution. 

• They should not target and use Black people to fill a quota system for the City and corporate prisons and extort and harvest tax money through excessive fines and charges.

 African Americans need neighborhood security, and community workers, Black Community representatives, outside monitors as well as employees, for Security, Police, Fire/ Rescue emergency, and Paramedics who have been recruited from the same neighborhoods and communities that they serve.


We first must move from the Assimilated, Integrated, individual- multicultural- codependency-mindset-that we feel the need for outsiders to invade and work to control us, and people who(look like us) but do not participate or practice our ethnic and cultural backgrounds, to be involved in our lives and community affairs. The examples of Hispanics, Jews, Asians, etc who have always operated in their own private cloisters; show a success model for our community. It is not until Black People take the stand to be autonomous, that race-baiting accusations and issues come about- often by our own –“house Negroes” who feel the conditioned threat and need to answer to "massa".

What happened to reciting the Maranda Rights By Police officers? What happened to innocent until proven guilty by a court of Law?  It seems that it is more profitable now, for a police officer to target and kill People of Afrikan Descendancy: so-called "suspects" than it is to de-escalate, charge them with a crime, and bring them into custody! That's too much paperwork, too much to lose with the rights of a defendant, procuring evidence, allow them to post bond, acquire a Lawyer, and too costly to the taxpayers to guard, feed, clothe and house an innocent, often unarmed, black-skinned person until trial for Justice! So, let's not charge them with a crime and cut out the middlemen- Attorneys, continuance clerks, court appearances, judges, bailiffs, etc.,

They must have enough melanin youth, Women, and Men incarcerated in private prison industrial complexes all over the country now to make a new world order plantation. So, now you can just apply sex trafficking to rape female prisoners while in custody, raise up their newborn children, through the foster care system to replace it's incarcerated, parents!

This is domestic terrorism at it's finest! Melanin Abundant People have already been criminalized in the US. We were prisoners of war, human trafficked, and enslaved. Then, disenfranchised with segregation, Jim Crow Laws, and the destruction of our Black Wall Streets. Next, Our Human Rights protests, where Black empowerment and human rights turned into civil rights for fringe societies, Black people were inflicted with Cointelpro. We became the child soldiers, by the "War on Drugs" (which is really a war on black-skinned people!) Black people don't grow and produce cocaine, heroin, meth or make bullets and guns, yet somehow, the Black neighborhoods are supplied this arsenal to proliferate and protect drugs with its underground economy, in targeted black neighborhoods. There has always been an unspoken interest to depopulate "Black" people as Liberals, Criminals, useless eaters. So now, with the patriot act, and the militarization of Police, abortion clinics on the outskirts in every black neighborhood, CoIntellPro combined, You don't have to Mirandize a minority, charge them with an offense or take them to custody. If they have dark skin, JUST KILL THEM! As the US society accelerates into fascism and martial law, and Fema camps- the US is sending drones and troops to massacre more defenseless people around the world...

We are often told that one significant impediment to solving crime in the "Black" community is the No Snitch culture. The No Snitch culture is part of the criminal culture, those who fear criminals, the community's distrust of the Police department, and the Justice system. However, far more insidious, reprehensible, and diabolical is the Blue Wall of Silence. This is where sworn officers of the court, those who have taken an oath to "Protect and Serve" violate their oath and allow, witness, tolerate, suborn or cover-up illegal activity and abuses by fellow officers and remain silent! It is this Blue Wall of Silence that has allowed for the Murders of Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Philando Castile, Alton Sterling, Sandra Bland, and Freddie Gray. If the so-called Good Cops are knowledgeable about these abuses but are silent then they are complicit in these abuses including murder. People are being "Radicalized" by Livestream videos and are being made to realize that they are not alone. They now know that what is happening to them is not isolated and that it is not somehow their fault. Out of desperation and blind rage, they are striking back in the way America teaches them how to handle this type of injustice. Thus far, the two assassins are EX- U.S. military "Rambo" types gone rogue and it ain't pretty. My prayers go out to the families of officers who were unjustly, randomly and arbitrarily killed as WELL as to the thousands of victims of racially targeted or random victims of murders and assassinations by Police officers. Clearly, the tolerance threshold for the acceptance of this continued Police brutality has been reached and exceeded. The killing of those Police Officers though tragic may serve as a warning that the acceptance of Police misconduct will no longer be tolerated. Tear down the Blue Wall of silence!

After all, the 13th Amendment was just appeasement for the Civil War. The U.S. can still segregate, redline, and re-enslave Black Skinned peoples in "private" institutions... The 13th Amendment (Amendment XIII) to the United States Constitution only abolished slavery and involuntary servitude- EXCEPT AS PUNISHMENT FOR A CRIME. So now Black-skinned people are considered criminals and not citizens.





Yet, If a racist police officer who "feared for their life," Kills an innocent person, they know that they will be treated like a hero! They get FULL PAID leave (using our local tax dollars) and then a full pay retirement package (using our local tax dollars,) with relocation and armed guards for the rest of their lives, upon their non-indictment! Oh! internal or outside agencies will NEVER check these officers for steroids, alcohol and illegal drug abuse, while on the job or even a history of abuse or PTSD! Anybody can be hired, with the only qualification- a high school diploma!!!...

So; Making eye contact while Black, spilling your blood on their uniforms while Black, smiling while Black, speaking to a police officer while Black, being a child or mentally handicapped adult with a toy gun while Black, Driving down the road while Black and be racially profiled, to be a Black woman, removing the jaws of a police dog from around the jugular vein of your neck or groin while black, to have your neck broken for selling CDs while Black, or be strangled for selling cigarettes while black, To be a teen walking home from with candy and tea from a convenience store, wearing a hoodie, while Black, or to be raped and hung while in police custody while Black, means that you have "committed suicide!"

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew announced Wednesday, April 20th that Harriet Tubman will replace former President Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill.  Alexander Hamilton will remain on the front of the $10, but leaders of the women’s suffrage movement will be on the back.

Lew’s decision comes after he announced last summer that he was considering replacing Hamilton on the $10 bill with a woman. The announcement drew swift rebukes from fans of Hamilton, who helped create the Treasury Department and the modern American financial system. Critics immediately suggested Hamilton take Jackson off the $20 bill given the former president’s role in moving native Americans off their land. Jackson may remain on the $20 bill in some capacity.

Lew told POLITICO last July that Treasury was exploring ways to respond to critics. “There are a number of options of how we can resolve this,” Lew said. “We’re not taking Alexander Hamilton off our currency.”

There will also be changes to the $5 bill to depict civil rights era leaders.

Black on Black Killing- A Response to Spike Lee's Admonition

You Wanna End Black on Black Killing?

So, while living in the US, "the land of the free- and home of the brave" -What would make a Black person kill another Black person? Statistically, the ratio of Black on Black killing is no different than Caucasian on Caucasian killing, or any other ethnic on ethnic killing.  Why did Spike Lee emphasize this point? So why are African American areas particularly isolated and targeted for the admonition of black on black killing, more than any other isolated neighborhood or ethnic area in the US? 

Racism is embedded in the fabric of the United States.

There are NO Black cops killing unarmed Black people then crying that they feared for their lives!  There are no Black Cops patrolling, harassing, and killing Caucasian communities in impoverished neighborhoods.

During the 1960s and 1970s, there was a renaissance explosion of culture and economic reemergence (since the destruction of "Black Wall-streets" during the reconstruction era, after the civil war,) within the African American farming communities of the south, and the mass migration of African Americans into the north for unionized, well paying, industrial trades. After the initial inroads of Affirmative Actions and integration, in the 60s and 70s, African American families began profuse business developments in the Americas, Afrika and other overseas nations, which led to prosperous economic growth and culture, along with establishing economic inroads with Pan-American and Pan-African diaspora. 

So, why was the business and entrepreneurial growth and development in the African American community curtailed in the US? How were our community geniuses, co-opted from building and creating within their own family-based businesses in their own neighborhoods, to be courted and used within the private sectors of gated corporations and community development, exclusively for the gentry of the Caucasian/European?

This is an example of how our Indigo Geniuses,
 were co-opted out of the Black communities,
to be fostered into the agendas of western Euros,
to the neglect and decline of Black Autonomy, land acquisition, development, and economic growth.

Yet, Black on Black Killing is NOT so much about domestic violence between family members. It is directly related to the destruction of our own (African American) -home grown, grass roots, self-help development, and organizations, like the UNIA and Black Panthers, to perpetuate the continued redlining, discrimination and the blockades of the "Good-Ol Boy system, in vocational careers and business development. 

1. The US Kkorporatakrazy organized to destroy all Affirmative Action access inroads, to prevent the Building of independent Black Businesses, land and resource access, home ownership developments and networking with African diaspora and other foreign countries. 

2. The US Kkorporatakrazy set up diversions of black labor and higher-paying Union Jobs and vocational trades, by outsourcing jobs and businesses to foreign countries, creating slave plantations of cheap labor overseas. 

3. The metastasis of the unseen hands of the US Kkorporatakrazy mafia- then funded the underground economy of exploitation, through their GOD- (Guns-Oil-Drugs.) To foster the cradle-to-the-grave marginalization of black-skinned people through the World War of Drugs- on African People. 

The CIA has been utilizing criminal elements to subvert and undermined nations across the globe for decades.  From supplying Cocaine to the streets of urban cities, to using the Mafia to destroy Community movements in Southern Europe to using Heroin Trafficking gangs to uproot Mexican revolutionaries. The CIA is forbidden to operate within the borders of the USA, so no one ties them to such activities in the US, but we know that gangs have obstructed Black liberation efforts in various ways, and that the CIA has facilitated guns and drug dumps within Black communities across the US.  

Black gangs in the Black community are supplied and directed by the CIA, just like the death squads in Latin Americas, the warlords in Africa, and the terrorist cells in the Middle East. 

All of these regressive and reactionary groups have the same impact, on the community scale and the national scale: they erode a people's cohesion while extracting petty and transient benefits for their followers/members.  

Ultimately the Systems and Institution of Capitalism and White Domination benefit from their activities. Even through these reactionary groups often claim to be against System, they are lawless or anti-establishment on the surface but the ultimate outcome of their activities only hurt their own people, while leaving the elites untouched.  

The biggest tragedy in all of this is the pathetic attempts of the Conscious Community to twist this political reality and create a narrative where gangs are a (potentially) revolutionary force within the Hood instead of a treasonous and corrosive force in our mist.

They talk that Revolutionary Gangsta. They started calling gangs “Street Organizations,” while trying to overlook the murders, Thefts and burglaries, Human Trafficking, rapes, child abuse, drug distribution, and other anti-Black community agendas by pretending that these Black traitors have no other options but to prey on their own people. 

The reality is, these poor sell-outs are no different than the sell-outs of the Negro Elites we are so willing to call Coons, Uncle Toms, and New Negroes.  To not hold Black criminals accountable for their actions, is another form of Elitism and Classism. To pretend that poor Black men can't stand on principles, like we seek to hold middle-class Black men and wealthy Black men is blind ignorance.  

We can develop more constructive options to navigate this system without pursuing the very same counterproductive, genocidal agendas of our oppressors.  You can operate outside of the dominate economic system without engaging in the hyper-exploitation of your own people.  

But when you are being equipped and directed by the CIA you will only serve the interest of the White Elites.  

I think one way to begin to address this issue is for conscious Blacks to stop trying to secure street credentials by telling lies about the atributes and impacts of Black gangs.  You can't be "Revolutionary but Gangsta" because Gangstas are inherently counter-Revolutionary.  It's like asserting that a man can be a Rapist but Pro-Woman.

Conscious Black men are literary adopting the Gangsta "swag," intimating Gangsta culture, when in the 60s thugs, pimps, and gangstas were all pretending to be Panthers or Black Nationalists.  It's such a shame that this has flipped; and it needs to be corrected.  

Black Gangstas have to abandon their mentality and practices just like we would expect an Uncle Tom to abandon their treasonous ways and ideology in order for them to be embraced by the larger community.  Pretending that Gangstas can be Incorporated into the Struggle without a fundamental transformation (like Malcolm X underwent) only corrupts our Struggle and organizations.  

This is the neo-slavery of Human Trafficking, which trashed our youth into foster care institutionalization. Our children were redirected from the Black panther Self Help initiatives to be targeted for government control through Head Start, the public Mis-Education system and WIC/Welfare programming of our children, into the School to Prison Pipeline, while their parents and extended families were siphoned into the Prison/Military-Industrial complex, using the 13th Amendment- for a Mass Incarceration Convict leasing setup. 

The US Prison Industrial complex also destroyed the Black Family fabric, by separating hundreds of thousands of children from their families, who are imprisoned, and funneling these youth into foster care, in the aftermath of the "War of Drugs." These Fostercare "parents" who were predominantly caucasian, alianated and de-culuturalized our youth from their families and communities, they incepted the notions of alternative sexual preferences as well.

The US Kkorporatakrazy continued the invasion of African American through the disruption of their cultural enterprises by awarding only the sponsoring of Gangster Rap (and other exploitative media/entertainment propaganda) over any positive conscious knowledge.  Ultimately the tourniquet of redlining, outsourcing, and the Race Supremacy- corporate "good-ol'-boy"-Union system; that is tied around ANY vital economic growth to end the economic empowerment, specifically people of African descent, that then metastasized into other ethnic strata and loosed the foundations of the middle class. This is known by the Domestic Security and Military as, CoIntellPro (Counter Intelligence Programming.) This program was initiated through the US Government/FBI agency.




For Spike Lee to isolate the microcosm of the plight of African Americans, without looking at the macrocosm of the global tyranny of exploitation, and imperialism of Africans, and other peoples of color, across the planet, there is a shortsighted, distortion in the reasoning of the issues of black on black crime and killing. Black people are forced to live in the most destitute race supremacy system of injustice, where our air, water, and food are poisoned and our youth are criminalized by miseducation institutions, from the cradle to the crave. Yes, there is a lot of self-hate. And this self-hate, cognitive dissonance, and what I have coined as Maafa Syndrome (The total identification with an assailant for the hope of favor,)  serves its role in the disunity, distrust, disorganization, and disfranchisement of Indigo people.

So, Black on Black lives are statistically terminated in the late evening, often during criminal activities, known as the underground economy. Very few Black-skinned people are participants in the underground criminal economy, yet every African American Man, Woman, and child as a group, have been stereotyped, racially profiled, quarantined and criminalized into the status of "Thug" or potential suspect by the police and US politics.

Now we must think, in consideration of what Honorable Dr. Amos N. Wilson points out in his book; Blueprint for Black Power; What language do we speak? Who gave us our last names? What jobs do we work for? Whose clothing do we wear? Whose houses do we live in? Who's religions do we practice? Where do we get our food and Water? African Americans have adopted an alien consciousness, suffering severely from what I have coined as: Maafa Syndrome (The total identification with an assailant for the hope of favor) So, the term "Stockholm Syndrome" was identified very late in the trauma of the invasion of the American continent and global Imperialism.

After the Civil War and the Emancipation Proclamation, many Americans of African descent were re-introduced to enslavement by another name. The 13th Amendment provided a loophole for the U.S. to target Original people and criminalize their movement and strides for improving their own conditions. Then Jim Crow Laws and segregation were instituted to strip Indigo people of any gains from the Emancipation Proclamation. Yet, there were many successful Black landowners and farmers, who's lands were stolen through lynching, and larceny through Paper Genocide, and the corrupt Injustice system, Real Estate, Insurance and Banking systems, and unethical business practices of Caucasians and their ethnic followers for the expressed objective to take control of lands and resources, through White Supremacy. Many Black towns and communities all across the United States that were obliterated by Caucasian Business owners, police, judges, Bankers, Teachers, etc., etc., etc., who were dressed in garments of the KKKlan, as Domestic Terrorists... as a major example, the Spike Lee Movie: Malcolm X revealed what happened to Malik El Shabazz, as a young boy. His father was lynched, his mother was institutionalized, and the children were enslaved as wards of the state for the purpose of Stealing their family land and real estate!...

This is US domestic terrorism at it's finest! Indigo Melanin Abundant People have already been criminalized in the US by the 13th Amendment. The 13th Amendment was setup to Re-enslave Indigo peoples under the U.S. law through Imprisonment and the convict leasing. We are still prisoners of global colonial war and human trafficking. Yet, many of our ancestors were enslaved right off of our lands right here in the Americas, before the trans-Atlantic War in Africa, to be rendered as chattel beasts, then, lynched, and disenfranchised with segregation, Jim Crow Laws, and then massacred, with bombings and destruction of our Black economic communities. Next, Our Human Rights protests, for Black empowerment, were subverted- and turned into "civil rights" for fringe societies, who used our grassroots organizing, to only serve their particular interests, while Black people were inflicted with Cointelpro. Any allies that were fostered in the Hispanic, Gray Panthers, Asian, Arab and/or LBGTQ communities, turned their backs on the Black Agenda for human rights...





So our Black youth became the child soldiers, for the "War of Drugs" (which is really a war on black skinned people.) CoIntellPro Armed and fostered the use of drugs, the spread of toxic chemicals, poisoned water and foods, planted venereal diseases like Syphilis (Tuskegee Experiment) and HIV, as silent bombs! Black people don't grow and produce coca leaf trees, Poppy fields, meth or make bullets and guns, yet somehow, the Black neighborhoods are supplied the drugs and the arsenal of weapons, to proliferate and protect drugs with its underground economy, in targeted black neighborhoods, using our youth as child soldiers. The U.S. solicited our young high school dropouts and illiterate Geniuses of the likes of Rick Ross.

There has always been an unspoken interest, by the US elite, to depopulate "Black" people as "useless eaters." So now, with the patriot act, the militarization of Police, prolific abortion clinics on the outskirts in every black neighborhood, The invasion of alien junk food business and convenience stores, and cointelpro combined. Cops are no longer required to Mirandize a minority, charge them with an offense or take them to custody. If they have dark skin, JUST KILL THEM! These bigoted cops are shielded behind the "Blue walls of silence," and given immunity to prosecution, and indefinite full salaried leave of absence. As the US society accelerates into fascism and martial law, the US is sending drones and troops to massacre more defenseless people around the world...

*Indigo business owners don't set up pharmacies (Drug Stores), Liquor Stores, Gun stores, dollar stores, pawnshops, cell phone companies, cosmetics, and GMO grocery stores, or have the controlling interests over our foods, land, water, energy, transportation, manufacturing, etc.. We don't run or control our own hospitals, emergency/rescue,  Private policing, or the controlling interests over the foods, appliances, Equipment etc., or even the Black owned fast-food franchises, that proliferate the Black Communities. We don't grow Poppy for Heroin or Coca trees for cocaine. We don't manufacture or produce, Guns, Bullets, or commercial parts and products in the hood. African Americans did not put fluoride, mercury, lead and other pollutants in the water systems that come out of the tap. Yet some how, theses objects, products and substances are prolific in the Black areas of towns and cities.

In order to stop Black on Black killing, our people must completely divest from this Race Supremacy system and return to our own sovereignty and Autonomy, living in harmony with the planet, and creation. We must lay aside our differences, forgive one another and work together to build our own Economic Communities again.

*We must end our cooperation and participation with the US racist Imperialist system, and we must halt the ongoing global assault on melanin peoples!

*We must be proactive to STOP ongoing Co-Intel-Pro! End the REX-84, King Alfred invasion plan to destroy our people from within.

*STOP the corporate wholesaling from the top end, of illegal drugs of - Cocaine, Heroin, black-market prescription medications, alcohol, and cigarettes into the Black community and the corrupt predatory police officers and judges etc... who supply, invest, enforce and protect these criminal actions! These corrupt police are hired through the good ol boy system, with ties to the underground economy, and connections established during military service, and government contracts, militias, and clandestine KKKlan, and Neo-Nazis organization structures and think tanks.

*Black people don’t own vast acres of land and water resources to grow Coca Trees or fields of Poppy in our rental houses and apartments in the 'hood or even manufacture their own food in any vital supply, let alone, own manufacturing companies for beer, liquor, tobacco, or prescription medications, cosmetics, clothing, tools, cars, furniture, toilet paper etc... We don’t make assault weapons, handguns or bullets!...

*Corporate elites as Senators and House Representatives, Judges, who sponsor these illegal drugs and weapon invasions, and the corrupt Cops who, while on payroll, supply the drugs and plant the evidence, as flunkeys to criminal elements, to control and kill our people. They are the unseen hands that have provided the cause of Gangs, Gang Violence, initiations and turf wars. Our latch-key youth have become the child soldiers who are sagging their pants, like a flag at half-mast, for the death and imprisonments of our Black family members. The War on Drugs is essentially a war on Black people! This is coupled with Afrika, Vietnam, Syria, Palestine, Iran and Iraq and the US corporate imperialists' quest for their land, oil and resources.

*We don’t need more jobs in this system- We need our own Businesses, Our own land, manufacturing, Distribution, Commercial property, Water, and Energy resources and the freedom to create our own economic empowerment!

Brown Red and Yellow people must work as Black Allies.

*When Asian or Mexican children come home from school, they don't play basketball or computer games. They are surrounded by extended family and work part-time in their own family-based businesses!!!

*We must end the Cradle-to- School-to-prison Pipeline! *STOP arresting our Black Men under trumped-up charges to pander plea bargains for a maximum sentence, for a minimal crime. to orphan or bastardize our children into the Race Supremacy foster care system to destroy our cultural values and extended family structures. 

*Stop Domestic Terrorists and vigilantes who target Indigo Communities, and charge them with murder. Also, return All stolen land to Pre Colonial Africans, Native Americans, and Black Farmers as restitution and Reparation.

*End the school to prison pipeline of neo enslavement to the military-industrial complex. Our young Black men are hauled off to prison to be raped and exploited in various ways, only to return to our communities, without counseling and supportive services with the anticipation of recidivism. Ironically, many of the penal institutions are built on the very same lands that were once plantations.




*END the Foster-care system that is tided to mass incarceration, pedophile rings, sex slavery, organ harvesting and De-acculturation of African American children.

*NEVER use their uniform or authority to Sexually Harass and exploit People of Color specifically

*STOP the Human trafficking, stem cell/organ harvesting, and gender confusion, of our children through the Adoption agencies and Religious organization systems. *STOP Caucasians, who are driving around our neighborhoods and schools looking to exploit our women, girls, and boys for prostitution and perversion. 2:00pm till 7pm is the most vulnerable time for our youth. This is the period when many are likely to be exposed to and experiment with drugs, alcohol and sex. Many of our youth are latch key children- meaning they see their own way off to school in the mornings and/or let themselves into the house in the evenings. At 2pm you see many high schools surrounded by what is seemingly parents picking up youth, when school is released. But there are also predators in the midst masquerading as parents. Many minor students who have been corrupted, are aware of these nefarious characters, and out of desperation or thrill seeking, will compete to gain first access, jumping into cars and trucks to be driven away to prostitution and exploitation.

*STOP the Bankrupting of Black neighborhoods, driving into our neighborhoods where you don’t live or have a stake or investment in, as Teachers, Police, Social workers, Church Pastors, etc. only to make your income, then cash your checks to spend it, outside of our neighborhoods to support and bring wealth to other communities, leaving no investment in the people and infrastructure in the hood.

We must establish our own housing developments, and Leasure Accommodations, for EVERYTHING that we need to not only survive, but to thrive!

*WE MUST establish our own financial systems and banking institutions for seed capital for our own businesses.

*WE MUST Work with Africa to establish food staples, oil and mineral resources...

*WE MUST Educate our own children! We must establish our own home school networks, based in our own cultural value system. We must read to our children and share the stories of our own family heritages. We must stop beating, screaming and debasing our children. We must break the cycle of slave mentality that instills a base culture of violence. Re-establish family meetings and family dinners again. We must rally as Extended family networks -Step fathers, Step Mothers, Grand Mothers and Fathers, Aunts, Uncles etc. to take back our children from the Foster care and latch-key system. We must rally for cooperative trusts to save our fathers from the child support system. We must return our father back to our families.

*WE MUST GROW OUR OWN FOODS!!! These GMO food are a major killer in Black families. There are many alternative ways of growing foods. We used to grow our own victory gardens. Many Black families who lived on their own lands and established farms never felt the depression economy in the past. Historically, many Black farmers were killed, pushed off of their lands and resources or forced into sharecropping/ slavery through illegal adverse possession of their lands by collusion of racist governmental officials. (i.e., Malcolm X's Father) These acts of U.S. Sponsored terrorism is what caused a mass exodus of Indigo people, into areas in the north like Chicago, and New York...

We are dying MORE from the toxic foods that we feed our children and elders and put into our mouths with preventable diet related diseases than from Homicide! THE MAIN CAUSES OF BLACK ON BLACK DEATH IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY ARE- FOOD RELATED DISEASES; 1 HEART ATTACK, 2 STROKES, 3 HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, 4 DIABETES AND 5 CANCERS -LONG BEFORE HOMICIDES! White foods like Salt, Sugar, white rice, Wheat and Corn flours and starches, High fructose, Canola and cotton oils, Lard and processed meats and cereals, and carbonated beverages, are the same foods that not only promote physical illness, but also mental illness. This food is ultimately sterilizing our 2nd and 3rd generation's reproductive capacity! So WE ARE killing our people "softly" by purchasing toxic chemical GMO foods from invader businesses, instead of growing our own local foods in a secured, controlled environment.

*As Black people, WE MUST CHANGE OUR OWN CIRCUMSTANCES. This will begin with pulling together our resources and creating access to human capital by reforming Eco-Nome-ic societies and human capital bartering systems. Economics is a family based system.

*WE MUST face the complete physical and economic divestment from this society. We must come out of this Babylon system to Black Autonomy. We must stop our own cycle of self destruction- by NOT working jobs within this oppressive system to empower our own oppression, only to give our money back to the very system that is oppressing us!
