Black Woke Environmentalists

Black Woke Environmentalists

How can we become truly spiritually conscious, woke, and live our deepest realities, while we live with what is going on with the Environment of Mother Eartha and all its connections?

Who are we?

What is our true nature?

What is consciousness?

What is really going on in the environment?

And what are we really doing?

The Indigo Melanin Spiritual Consciousness movement must be the Environmental movement.
As we reclaim our lives from the onslaught of invasion of the Civilizations of our Ancestors and our ancient cultures. Imperialism, Capitalism racism and the irresponsible disruption of our planet from, impersonal, millitarized, disjointed industrialized Corporations, and anti-lifestyles, which fragments us from the knowledge of our deepest part of ourselves and our connection to the universe.

Our Ancient Sages have taught us that;
We are ALL Connected to the cosmos of the universe, and the cosmology of the planet.

"As above, So Below"

The environmental and food movement is ultimately a spiritual conscious movement. As Souls having a human experience, our carnal bodies are ultimately connected to Air, Water, Food, land, and the Sun. Our bodies are ultimately dependent upon the Sun, and this amazing planet, and ultimately in this planet's relationship with our solar system and the universe(Yoniverse/Wombiverse). We must be stewards, first, with our own bodies, then with each other as human beings, and finally with all life energy of this living planet...

"We Are Souls Having a Human Experience"

So, the food movement must be about cultivating human food, in as much as it is about cultivating human consciousness.

Culture IS food! As we Cultivate, collect our seeds to replant and return to our regional foods to recieve their mineral, nutrients, and healing sources. we must return to propitualtion to the environment that we borrow from our children, grandchildren and the natural ecosystem

We are re-cultivating our connections with all creation, Living in harmony with Creation, Using local healing systems, like Meditation, QiGong, Yoga, as well as permaculture methods for Gardening, Gathering, Gleaning, Homesteading, Farming, and Harvesting, to connect with the KRST consciousness deep within us. So, the food movement is at root, a spiritual movement for humanity, unconsciously working to reclaim its consciousness amidst the onslaught of human unconsciousness.

It is about humanity reclaiming its birthright to peace, wholeness, and its own completeness as individual and collective beings as much as it is about human sustainability, the Air, Water, Trees, Plants, Oceans, the Bees, Butterflies, and other insects, Rivers, Birds, and Aquatic Animals, and their habitat. The Conscious, environmental, and Food Movement is about food justice and feeding ourselves locally, healthy nutritious foods, in a sustainable way with the environment we presently live in, as well as we return to our own cultural food varieties. Abolishing the GMO clone Food deserts. Our people have been displaced, from the equator's tropical regions, to be dispersed by colonialism and Imperialism.

So our spiritual consciousness is ultimately about reclaiming our true divinity while raising our human form to it's highest state of consciousness! We must be stewards and advocates against the environmental invasion and rape of nature for resources and the GMO modification and cloning of our food. as well as the ongoing enslavement of humans and animals.

"The Kingdom of Heaven Is Within!"

Cultivating and connecting to the collective consciousness, to live in harmony and perfect peace with all creation, here on Earth, rather than subsisting on capitalism and industrialized foods and polluted resources in an unsustainable and destabilizing environment.

As we over-consume and waste food, and resources, produced in ways that destroy ecological habitats, we create a shift in the entire planet, the "butterfly effect." For instance, we still move our bodies with fossil-fueled cars, buses, trains, planes, cruise ships, and other forms of transportation which destroy the homeostasis of the planet. Our overuse of non-biodegradable plastics, drugs, and chemicals, industrial waste, inorganic disposable diapers and pads, non-biodegradable clothing, home construction materials, Electric, radio, microwave, technology etc., and everything about the so-called desirable consumeristic capitalistic way of life is unsustainable and is destroying the environment. Over-consumption, over-waste, and impulse in fossil-fueled transportation must terminate...

This unconscious human activity is destroying the very nature, world, on which we depend on to live.  The Environmental movement is then an effort to save ourselves by reconnecting with the deepest wisdom, consciousness, intelligence, knowledge, and peace that lies within us, that is our birthright, our essence, who we are at the core, but from which we are becoming more and more disconnected. Our Ancient Indigo Descendants and Ancestors, paid Propitiation and reparation for any resources, that we used, with an attitude of humble gratitude. We did not take, rob, steal, debase, explode and/or waste.

The Indigo Melanin Spiritual Movement is the Environmental movement, actually orchestrated by life consciousness itself, rather than a movement constructed by mankind, to restore order, peace and consciousness to the planet. The Aquarian Age is Arising! Humanity is reconnecting with nature as it should.

The Rocks ARE Crying out!

Common And Powerful Healing Plants You Can Find In Your Back Garden

So many of us oppose Big Pharma, GMOs, and pesticides being sprayed on our food. Then the poisoning of our air, water, soil and Ecosystem of plant life should be vitally important. We can’t stand the pollution in our system, but we know we might not live without it if we got sick or severely injured. This is why preventative maintenance,  Raising our immune systems, and discovering the long-lost art of plant medicine is so important. In search of alternatives, we have to rediscover what our ancestors knew so well: that pretty much every tree, bush, flower and herb we see around us can be used to heal various illnesses. These medicines still grow all around us to this day, on every continent on the planet, and learning how to use them is our birthright.

The growing interest in herbalism is a positive step in the right direction for humanity, after so many decades and years depending on an empire of consumerism. It’s amazing to realize just how many common plants you can use for a wide variety of diseases, from eczema and depression to flu and gallstones.

The following plants and herbs should ideally be gathered fresh from the countryside or garden, although they can be dried and stored for when needed. The best time to pick them is in the early morning (after dew has evaporated) in spring or summer. Leaves should be gathered while young, and their stalks trimmed off. Flowers should also be picked when young and freshly open, before they are visited by bees and other insects. Seeds should be left on the plant to ripen before being taken (a sign that seeds are ripe is the yellowing of leaves). Roots and barks should be gathered in early Spring or Fall. Don’t pick anything that is wilted, eaten by insects, faded, old or mottled. Finally (although not easy nowadays) you must bear in mind any man-made toxins on the plants. If you can gather them from a place that is sure to be pesticide-free, do it there.

Deciding which remedies to include, I chose those which are easy to find wherever you are. If you can’t find a specific plant where you live, consider buying the seeds online or check out your local health food or Chinese medicine shop for powders, ointments or oils. A note on measurements: the exact amount isn’t quite as important in plant medicine as it is in toxic pharmaceutical drugs, so ‘traditional’ ways of describing measurements (spoonfuls, cupfuls, handfuls etc) are sufficient in herbalism. Nature is gentle, so just use your common sense (and the internet if you have any doubts).

PLANTAIN

Plantain, like dandelion, is a healthy, hardy weed as ubiquitous in the city as broken glass. You know what it looks like, but you might not have known the name.
Part of the confusion is that plantain shares its name with something utterly different, the banana-like plantain, whose etymology is a mix of Spanish and native Caribbean. The so-called weed plantain, or Plantago major, was cultivated by Native Americans. There is also the Plantain that European settlers pre-Columbus brought to the Americas.

Plantain has a nutritional profile similar to dandelion — that is, loaded with iron and other important vitamins and minerals. The leaves are tastiest when small and tender, usually in the spring but whenever new shoots appear after being cut back by a lawnmower. Bigger leaves are edible but bitter and fibrous.

The shoots of the broadleaf plantain, when green and tender and no longer than about four inches, can be described as a poor-man's fiddlehead, with a nutty, asparagus-like taste. Pan-fry in olive oil for just a few seconds to bring out this taste. The longer, browner shoots are also tasty prepared the same way, but the inner stem is too fibrous. You'll need to place the shoot in your mouth, clench with your teeth, and quickly pull out the stem. What you're eating are the plantain seeds.

The leaves of the equally ubiquitous narrow-leaf plantain, or Plantago lanceolata, also are edible when young. The shoot is "edible" only with quotation marks. You can eat the seeds should you have the patience to collect hundreds of plants for the handful of seeds you'd harvest. With time being money, it's likely not worth it.

Burdock

(Arctium Lappa/Arctium Minus. England, Europe, some parts of northern USA)

Usually thought to be little more than a persistent weed, Burdock is revered in herbal medicine. This spiky purple plant protects against cancer and detoxifies the body. The root, herb and seeds can be used (usually as an infusion) to aid digestion and settle the stomach, and it is a great blood purifier. The root specifically heals scurvy, boils and rheumatism. Bruises, swellings and ulcers can also be cured with burdock poultices, as well as eczema, acne, scoriosis, and other dry or flaky skin problems. This amazing plant is also an effective treatment for gout, diabetes, cystitis, loss of appetite, and when used along with dandelion root it gives the liver an extra boost.

 Dandelion

(Taraxacum officinale. Temperate parts of Northern hemisphere)

Another plant that most presume to be just another annoying weed, dandelions are full of healing properties, from roots to flowers. Their leaves and stems are filled with a creamy white juice, which acts as a magic medicine for a whole range of problems. Dandelion cleanses the blood by neutralizing the acids and is an excellent diuretic and kidney tonic. It is a powerful remedy for all kinds of liver disorders (especially jaundice), and the root has been known to cure gallstones, gout, rheumatism and dyspepsia. To aid these illnesses, you need to roast the roots (best collected at the end of the year) in the oven at a low temperature for several hours (until you can smell a nice aroma). You then crush them into a powder to drink with hot water, known as ‘Dandelion coffee’. Real coffee can be added to taste. Dandelion is also an effective treatment for bee stings, warts and blisters (simply apply juice until healed), and can even be taken to fight diabetes and obesity. Just six leaves eaten raw daily will make a huge difference, or an infusion if you prefer.

DANDELION
Dandelion is one of the healthiest and most versatile vegetables on the planet. The entire plant is edible. The leaves are like vitamin pills, containing generous amounts of vitamins A, C and K — far more than those garden tomatoes, in fact — along with calcium, iron, manganese, and potassium.

The leaves are most tender, and tastiest, when they are young. This happens in the spring but also all summer along as the plant tries to rebound after being cut or pulled. You can add them to soup in great abundance. Or you can prepare them Italian style by sautéing with a little olive oil, salt, garlic and some hot red pepper.

You can eat the bright, open flower heads in a lightly fried batter. You can also make a simple wine with the flowers by fermenting them with raisins and yeast. If you are slightly adventurous, you can roast the dandelion root, grind it, and brew it like coffee. It's an acquired taste. You might want to have some sugar on hand.

Dandelion Greens

The yellow-topped flower is happily shunned and sprayed, but did you know it is one of the most healing herbs for the liver and kidneys? Dandelion (the flower and greens) is a diuretic, contains potassium, alleviates arthritis and intestinal disorders, and is even thought to regulate blood sugar levels. Used topically, it also has use to treat skin disorders such as Eczema.

Elder

(Sambucus Nigra. Europe, Britain, some parts of Northern America)
Elder is a hedgerow shrub that is sacred to many, and has such a potent healing properties it’s been known to cure blindness (by repairing nerve damage, for example during a bomb blast). Every part of the bush can be used for many purposes, from bark to roots. Elder encourages perspiration and eliminates toxins, The root can be washed and soaked to treat all lymphatic ailments. The bark is a strong purgative and can be made into a tincture (more information here) to relieve asthma and croup. For epilepsy, elder bark can be dried and powdered (remove from the inner side, powdered and drunk with wine either daily to reduce fits, or every quarter hour when a fit is imminent). The leaves are full of medicinal properties and can be made into green elder ointment to treat bruises, sprains, itches, ringworm, haemorrhoids, and skin conditions. They can be used as an infusion. Elderflowers can be distilled or dried, the water used to treat eye problems. As an infusion, elderflowers are a gentle laxative. The tea can also be used to treat coughs, colds and flu, and it purifies the blood. Making a poultice from the flowers is an effective treatment for wounds, scalds and burns, and also cures chapped skin and chilblains. Elder has a reputation for being a fantastic aid to beautiful and healthy skin and hair.

Golden Seal

(Hydrastis Canadensis. Eastern USA, Canada)

This bitter herb increases circulation to the uterus and has been used for centuries to ease labor pains and heavy periods (but don’t use for prolonged periods if you are pregnant, and avoid if you have diabetes, glaucoma or heart disease). Golden Seal acts as an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory to also treat indigestion, constipation and help to regulate periods. It stops colds and sore throats if taken when the first signs appear, and it can cure bronchitis, sore sinuses and respiratory conditions. An all-round wonder ‘drug’, Golden Seal can be taken dried and powdered, as a tincture or an infusion, to strengthen the immune and digestive systems for a whole range of ailments. Native Americans used it as a dye for their clothing, and as a remedy for bad digestion and sore eyes. The root of Golden Seal eases constipation, sickness and vomiting.

Fennel

(Foeniculum vulgare. India, Middle East and Europe)

Fennel water is used as an ingredient in common tonics to settle babies’ stomachs and relieve colic. The leaves, hearts, roots and seeds are all beneficial, used as distilled water or an essential oil, made from crushed leaves. Fennel is an anti-depressant and also boosts the flow of milk in breastfeeding mothers. It can aid a wide range of ailments: arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, wind, anxiety and melancholy, cellulite, nausea, indigestion, cramps, urinary tract infections, gum disease, and detoxification of the body. Fennel is believed to give long life when taken regularly (fennel tea bags are easy to find).

Brief History of the Black Panther Party Free Breakfast Program for Youth

Before the Head Start program and the US government provided breakfast at school, there was a program  initiated at St. Augustine’s Church in Oakland. By the year’s end it spread to cities nationwide, feeding over 10,000 children everyday before school. The reason was simple, children who have a nourishing breakfast every morning learn better.

In January, 1969, The Black Panther Party for Self-Defense launched the Free Breakfast for Children Program. Their motto was “Serve the People, Body and Soul.”

Panther Jerry Dunigan, known as “Odinka”, serves breakfast to children at Panther Free Breakfast Program

“…If you read the FBI files you will see that even Mr. J. Edgar Hoover himself had to say that it was not the guns that were the greatest threat to the internal security of the United States of America; it was not the guns, it was the Free Children’s Breakfast Program that was the greatest threat to the internal security of the United States of America. Grits. Now why was it the Free Children’s Breakfast Program?
It was the Free Children’s Breakfast Program because the Free Children’s Breakfast Program engendered a certain following on the Black community’s part, a certain respect on the Black community’s part. I mean, nobody can argue with free grits. So Hoover saw it as a kind of… infiltration.
That’s ridiculous isn't it? Infiltration? How are Black people, who are born and raised in the Black community, who live and work in the Black community, going to infiltrate their own Black community? If anybody’s infiltrating I think its J. Edgar Hoover.” -Roger Guenveur Smith, A Huey P. Newton Story

One of the children they fed would grow up to be Public Enemy front-man, Chuck D.

It marked not only the first program of its kind in the US, but indicated a sharp shift in the political direction of the Black Panther Party. For its first few years the Party had been focused on Voting Rights, armed self defense, and Self patrolling our own neighborhoods, while patrolling the police. The shift toward survival programs was caused by multiple factors. The arrest and death of party militants, the inadequacy of community based services in their neighborhoods, and seeing the need to connect more deeply and practically with the community. Not without internal struggle, the Black Panther Party moved, in the words of scholar Alondra Nelson, "From Self Defense to Self Determination".

"The food component of the BPP was a big part of our organizing, this included our free breakfast program.. Because one thing you can guarantee in an oppressed community, is that you're going to find hunger. The fact the United States has more food than we need, and folks are still going hungry is a shame, it was a shame then, and it's a shame now."
Melvin Dickson –Organizer for free meals program for the Black Panther Party in East Oakland

The work became so effective, it drew the ire of the director of the FBI:
"The BCP (Breakfast for Children Program) promotes at least tacit support for the BPP (Black Panther Party) among naive individuals .. . And, what is more distressing, provides the BPP with a ready audience composed of highly impressionable youths.. . . Consequently, the BCP represents the best and most influential activity going for the BPP and, as such, is potentially the greatest threat to efforts by authorities to neutralize the BPP and destroy what it stands for. "
J Edgar Hoover, May 15, 1969

The mass potential of the Free Children’s Breakfast Program that was so empowering to these happy children. This was a big threat to the head of the FBI… deep. It’s also why J. Edgar Hoover was so obsessed with Dr. King and his ability to have a message and actions with mass appeal, that could unite the Black People. What is radical is to unite Black people in a mass way, empower grassroots people to have the hope to connect after the daily oppression has ground us down–and to keep coming back. Some original Black Panther Party members in NYC are still keeping on today, and organizing, and uniting, to just l-o-v-e being Black!

Tam Babies of the Black Panther Party's Free Breakfast Program
the same conditions of city and private harassment and infiltration that tore the Panthers apart, also prevented their social programs from being sustained. As their programs folded, some ideas, like the Breakfast program were taken up by the state and institutionalized, like Head Start.
The Black Panther concept of "revolutionary intercommunalism" involved the strategy of building community service programs or "survival programs", meant to develop Black autonomous, non religious, positive institutions within neighborhoods to help individuals meet their needs. The Panthers developed over 60 such community programs.
The Panthers focused their attention on the construction of institutions that provided for the communities needs. Because they knew the state and local religious institutions' response would be inadequate or non-existent, because it was an arena to politicize Black people, and because they were interested in the development of a new society.

"All these programs satisfy the deep needs of the community but they are not solutions to our problems. That is why we call them survival programs, meaning survival pending revolution. We say that the survival program of the Black Panther Party is like the survival kit of a sailor stranded on a raft. It helps him to sustain himself until he can get completely out of that situation. So the survival programs are not answers or solutions, but they will help us to organize the community around a true analysis and understanding of their situation. When consciousness and understanding is raised to a high level then the community will seize the time and deliver themselves from the boot of their oppressors. If they have a need we will serve their needs and attempt to get them to understand the true reasons why they are in need in such an incredibly rich land."
To Die for the People (Book of essays) – Huey Newton

This concept centered on Black Autonomy and self-determination, Black people getting themselves organized together so that they could survive outside the religious, education, and Negro institutions that are tied to municipal, state or federal systems, which are already under-servicing the Black people. It was not a new idea: minority communities across America had done this in previous decades to support new immigrants through communal associations and political machines.

http://www.blackagendareport.com/content/ideal-blueprint-original-black-panther-party-model-and-why-it-should-be-duplicated

I’m reminded of Angela Davis’ words about meeting the people’s needs where they are otherwise they will never listen to you. This program made a real difference in people’s lives and few things are more noble than making sure children are healthy and fed. I agree, this serves as a real lesson about what is radical and threatening to the system that oppresses us all.

Amen Ankh Nature Walk Celebration of Auset Heru and Ausar

Each Mother’s and Father’s day weekend, we invite families to attend our annual Nature Walk. At Amen Ankh We celebrate Life! We apply Ausar's mandate to grow our own Food in order to acquire Resources and Comfort.

Our Ancient societies practiced the way of Ausar. Ausar is our Earth Sovereign. Our aboriginal Aku (ancestors) were Gatherer/ Hunters, then moved to Pastoral ways to become Agriculturalist. We foraged through the land for distinctly specialized resources throughout the seasons. We practice perpituation for the perpetuation everything we took from nature. That means we Asked for and made sacrifice to nature for everything we received. So that We always Pour Libations to our Aku.

This is an opportunity to learn about Health and wellness, while mixing physical activities, knowledge of nutrition and family networking. Human Capital is our most valued resource. Our nature walks are received with a great deal of expectation. When we all set out into nature, we share the exuberance about the possibilities of what we see, what we will smell, taste and what we will feel. We always find some berries that are still sour, while others are sweet. We skid our palms over the soft flower heads, while closing our eyes. Near creeks we find Frogs, Toads and slimy Salamanders under rocks. When we return to our lesson areas the children plant the roots and seeds that they collected in a flat bed of potting soil. They take the planted bed home with them and plant their roots and seeds in their own backyard.
We share the stories of our Ancient Ancestors as we breathe in fresh air and hike.
When asked through the years, “What is the most important lesson your students have learned from your nature walks?” my reply is always the same, At the end of these walks the children plant the seeds into the soil and a magic journey full of promise of the circle of life begins. From here on out every child who plants their seeds are intimately connected to nature. Any biology lessons you could give like flower anatomy or any literature lesson you could expose a child to via the mysteries in nature or the stories of the forces of positive energy, or any mathematics lesson. Via handfuls of seeds, any green living ideas you may come up with like composting and fertilizing are all connected to this common experience.  All lessons in all areas of inquiry are squeezed or stuck into that nature walk. And each of these lessons are important in their own way.

As the children watch their gardens sprout, they begin to navigate a course between their own intimate connection to the new plants and the more general happenings with living things in a garden. This connection between intimacy and more general events with living things leads to a very high degree of sustainability. In fact, this high degree of sustainability can’t be found in any other garden that doesn’t germinate out of such intimate things as walking through nature.

We also learn about composting and Recycling. In our propituation for what we take from the earth, there will be no waste or misuse. Everything is Repurposed, Reduced and Reused in any way possible. The importance or recycling materials is significant in regard to our responsibility to our ecology of the planet. this society is still producing  products that are harmful to the environment. It is important that we pass down to our youth a since of accountability to the elements of the planet, To be stewards and sustainers and not polluters.

It’s this bottom-up investment that the child is making that guarantees many generations of plants to be successful, time after time after time. Each child cares for each and every plant; watches it like he watches the stars, waters it as if he could hear the plant asking for water, feeds it as if he just knew it was hungry, wipes off any beetles, aphids, white flies from the leaves as if he could hear the plant screaming for relief from the bites, the choked off apical buds, the voracious eating of larvae. When a child takes his seeds home with him or to his grandparents home and plants the seeds there, the degree of sustainability of his garden is even greater.

Having family involved in a child’s garden from the very beginning gives a child a strong sense of belonging, a well grounded sense of leadership, and a genuine sense of community. If you and a child are fortunate enough to plant a garden, you will find that the questions the child asks are far more important than the answers that you have.

Ancient Origins of Leprechauns Bes the Black Twa Man

Bes the Le-Pr-Ra-Khan by Adenike AmenRa (pixels.com)

Black Le-Pr Re Ka- Khans- Geb and Bes all over the world

Ancient Origins of Leprechauns

As we advance to the New Year, and the new season of spring, let us not forget our original Ancient Ancestors. The Vernal Equinox, in March, is considered our New Year, where the days are just as long as the nights, and reigns in the new life of the spring. We celebrate the Blessings of the Seeds and Seedlings for a prosperous harvest during the Autumnal Equinox.  Many celebrate Our African, Indigo, and American New Year, known as Carnival or Mardi Gras / Fat Tuesday, to create a parallel universe and veil, like Santeria, from the Religious Catholic Cults, of our way of life, for a feast before the spring fasting of Lent.

These are all symbolic and parallel activities for agricultural society references of our Ancient Ancestral Agrarian societies to pay propitiation, as a request for an abundant growing season and harvest. Easter -(East-star) in the West is celebrated on the first Sunday, following the full moon, after the vernal equinox around March 20-22.

We are still paying homage and acknowledgment to Bes the Black Twa Man- the Le-Pr Ra Khan-  the original Black Magi people of the forests. They are the Ancient original inhabitants STILL LIVING in Europe and can be found all over the planet! They are the Twa/Khoisan (Pygmies) people who traveled to the four corners of the earth and establish their civilization throughout the 7(6) Continents and Islands of Europe/Asia, the Americas, Australia, and Greenland, from Akabulon. His icons can be seen all over the planet.

Bes is the True Le Pr Ra Khan! (The Sacred Time and Temple of the Sun King{Enlightenment})

Bes is the spirit of Spring, the Equinox, and the East Star.

Bes is the Ancient African Twa/ Khoisan leader who spread the way of African Civilization, sharing the laws of the natural kingdom and the universe!

Black Melanin peoples are the first to inhabit the planet. They have lived and established Civilizations and Kingdoms all over the planet for aeons. Their lifestyles of coexisting in harmony with natural life on the planet, are reflected in the characters of elves, dwarfs, leprechauns, trolls and faeries stories.

So, as for ol' St. Patrick, who was he really? Why would this man be canonized (declared to be a saint) just because he supposedly got rid of all the "snakes" in Ireland? Well here is another version.

Indigo-melanated people ARE the original "Snake Headed" people of Ireland- We are the ones who were driven off (and/or slaughtered,) in the name of a Catholic "saint" named Patrick, who ironically wore the symbols of Ptah and Ausar. Our Black Ancestors of the east knew about the powers of all of the indigenous Herbs, Roots, and plants like Clover and Thistle. We were the first Chemist, Astronomers, mathematicians, and Nautical shipbuilders. They also traveled through the inner earth. Ancient Afrikan People were the first to mine Gold and forge and electroplate golden sculptures and implements. Our Ancestars are the first mound builders and healers all over the planet. WE ARE THE 14 PIECES OF AUSAR! Everywhere a piece of Ausar's body was buried, launched, and flourished a new and prosperous Civilization!

This shines a new reference on the 1st REAL "Europeans"

The Twa/Khoisan were known as elves, midgets, or pygmy(a slur on small people of African Descent)  have a history pre-dating the Abrahamic timeline history of Adam and Eve by more than 200,000 years. The Ancient Twa people were nomadic, They journeyed and migrated to all continents and islands over the planet, spreading to Northern Ireland, Germany and the rest of Europe, and the Asian continent, and had settled in these western lands, prior to any of the influences of the Romans or later, the Roman Catholic Church. They had a cultural, technological, and philosophical impact, and influenced the establishment of societies, known as Pagans or Druids. One of the cultural influences the Druids/Twa had was the fact that they were known for their hair, who many grew into locks that looked like snakes. Much later, the Heru Loc, worn to one side of the temple, was represented in the fez or head covering that also depicted the Kemet symbols known as a Uraeus or cobra raised to strike, which is the same snake image you see worn as a Menes, by the Queens and Kings of ancient Kemet (Egypt/Nubia Ka Ma Ta). In many African cultures, the serpent is not a symbol of evil but one of eternal life, regeneration, power, protection, and wisdom. The Snake also represented the Kundalini awakening vortex found in the chakra energy traveling up our spines and the helix of our DNA.

Later, European Catholics and Irish, venerate a mass murderer- St. Patrick, who ironically wears the regalia of the Ancient KMT East African Societies, in the dress of "Ptah" and "Ausar" - as Ol' Pat drives out the Uraeus "snake hat" Kings and snake-haired people, from Ireland. St. Patrick and his affiliations usurped the Spiritual symbols and culture of the Ancient East Africans.

Menes Headdress of the Vulture and Python

St Patrick is Dressed in the Robes of Ptah and Ausar

Indigo people are the Le-pr-Ra-Khans (The Time and sanctuary of the Sun Kings)...
Ausar is represented as all life green and growing. He is Green, wearing White garments representing eternity and the first Mummy. He is often holding the Crook and Flail of the Shepherd King

Dark Afrikans are the world travelers as, Twa/Khoisan, Tutsis, and KMT Nile Valley traders. Dark Indigo KRST are the "snake-hat people"...

So St Patrick's day is their day of ritual human sacrifices, and celebrations of their Mass Genocide, of Indigo KRST by the Ku Klux Klan, Irish/US police using the Goidelic language of Ireland... They practiced the ritual of Manifest Destiny and land grab through Lynching. #Medusa #AmenAnkh #BlackLivesMatterToo

AUSAR -PTAH

The Twa/Khoisan of Akebulan, Are the oldest people on the planet. They are the Ancients and were the FIRST people to migrate to all of the continents from Akabalon (Africa), including Australia, Greenland, Europe, Asia, and the Americas- as well as islands of Planet Earth from the Afrikan Diaspora! The Twa/Khosian Ancient Ancestors were the first inhabitants of Europe. The Twa Man was Rumplestiltskin and Swarte Pete. Later, the Caucasians appeared and began the establishment of war cults, and the destruction of the natural ecosystems. and their own environment. Many Indigo communities left Europe, and the Caucasian societies began to grow and then declined to a state of ruin with their plagues and unhygienic practices.

After thousands of years of decline, the Black-a-Moors migrated to Europe to discover Caucasians, dying out from their own offensive sanitation and unhygienic practices. The Moors found these Caucasians consumed with perpetual plagues, and with no water purification or proper sewage systems. The moors taught these people how to use soap to bathe themselves. And helped them build aquifers and proper garbage and sewage systems. The Moors brought the Caucasians out of the Black Death and the Dark Ages of illiteracy to the Renaissance of humanity, civilization, and knowledge of Ancient Arts and Sciences. Moors taught these Caucasians all of the trade routes across the planet, only to unleash old demons to run-a-muck, steal, kill and destroy as warmongers. The Moors brought these Caucasians out of the Black Death and the Dark Ages of illiteracy to the Renaissance of humanity, civilization, and knowledge of Ancient Arts and Sciences.

The Moors ignored the warning signs from the Twa/Khoisan known as Bes Ancient Ancestors to stay away from these Yacub/Yurugu. Mixed up with the calcified consciousness of Aryan Arab ideas and belief systems, The Moors felt compelled to have pity on the Caucasoid's self-imposed plight, to bring them aid, and released these Caucasians from Bes' spell of the Flat Earth. Now the Caucasian has been running rampant on a terrorist reign of the destruction of not only the Indigo Peoples but the environment of Planet Earth for more than 2000 years!

KMT Afrikans and Moors(blacks) were some of the many Afrikan Mariners, shipbuilders, Astronomers, and map makers over aeons of time; yet western textbooks often eliminate from their history, the facts that the Black Moors from Africa ruled all of Europe and Latin America, including Spain, for over 1000 years! No one remembers the names of the Moors who were the Captains of the Nina, Pinta or Santa Maria. These Shipmen had the astronomical, nautical knowledge, Protractors, compasses, and maps, to be sponsored by Queen Isabella. Columbus was just an employed explorer. These Moor Captains already knew where they were going! They just went home to the Americas. They already knew that the earth was not a disc, but indeed a sphere! It was the knowledge of the Moors that brought the Europeans out of the dark ages.

Moors and many other African civilizations were already established in the Americas ages before the presence of Columbus.

These people of African descent WERE the Native Americans!
Native Americans have African DNA, not the other way around

The Roman Catholic Church misinterpreted and demonized the practices of these Ancient Peoples. As the Twa later transferred their knowledge to the Druids and Pagans, they began to conceal and hide this knowledge while peacefully obtaining access to land and resources. The Roman Catholics attempted to persecute and proselytize them to their religion. They would remove or replace, with Christianity, the original beliefs, customs, and symbols, along with the Leaders and Healers of the Twa people who are still present in Northern Ireland at this time. Ol' Patrick was given a commission, to set up Roman Catholic Churches all over Northern Ireland, and in the process, convert or remove the Twa and Druid influences. So Patrick killed in the genocide, countless numbers of  Twa people, in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy ghost dogma, and extremist terrorism!

So when you hear people tell you that Priest Patrick was made a saint because he removed the snakes from Northern Ireland, it's really referring to the Mass Murder Nightmare of the Uraeus or lock-headed people -the Twa, Druids, Pagans, Moors that were mass murdered in an act of genocide and ethnic cleansing!
So the Leprechaun (La-Par-Ra-Khan) represents the Black Queens, Kings, and people who were murdered all in the name of a land grab and the pirating of natural resources and our knowledge, by Christian religion and Roman Catholic dogma and proselytizing.

often thought of as Ngu or snake hair

Not all of the Twa people were removed from Europe. The SS/ Nazi invasion of Europe, During World War II, uncovered thousands of Black Indigenous Europeans. Many of those who were captured were forced to choose between incarceration or to submit to sterilization.  http://www.africaresource.com/

Through legends surrounding the leprechaun, the image of a mischievous, shrewd, and quick-witted, Bes emerges. They are the Magi or Magicians and Shamans of the community. another Black image in Europe is a character known as Zwarte Piet or Black Pete- an ancient Moor who arrives every year to engineer SinterKlaas.

BES is the spiritual protector, promoter, and healer of the home and family.
He/She encourages fertility and watches over and teaches parents and children about their growth and development. Bes holds all of the wisdom and knowledge of the earth. Bes is Tarroette. She knows the cycles of time and the seasons. She knows the healing properties of all herbs. She is familiar with the gardens, forests, animals, insects, lakes, rivers, mountains, and caves. She knows the prayers, chants, lyrics, limericks, lullabies, bedtime stories, dances, mathematics, letters, formulas, recipes and words of power. He symbolizes the Shaman healer of the Nome or Klan. He is chemistry and physics. She represents the Sage, guardian and spiritual intuitive energy to ward off hostile energy from your family, life, home, office or wherever it is present. Bes controls The weather, the rain, and the wind, the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Bes is the wise man Maji he has the wisdom of the elemental and electromagnetic energy. He loves gold and can draw wealth and prosperity to the home. You can find this symbolic image of Bes all over the world. The earliest images of Elves, Trolls, Leprechauns, Fairies, and Gnomes from all over the world were Black. The people are all-characteristic and symbolic of our ancient Ancestors -the Twa and Khoisan (also known as "Pigmy") Mother and Father, with their history and wisdom of nature and the universe.

GEB is usually represented in the form of a man who wears either the white crown to which is added the Atef crown or as a goose. The Goose was his sacred animal and symbol. As the God of earth, the earth personified the formed of his body and was called the "house of Geb," just as the air was called the "house of Shu," and the heaven the "house of Ra," Hence,. he was also often portrayed laying on his side on the earth and was sometimes even painted green, with plants springing from his body. Earthquakes were believed to be the laughter of Geb.

Geb is also symbolic of "Mother Goose" and the "Goose that Laid the Golden Egg" as portrayed in the Jack and the Beanstalk tale where a Giant held the goose as a captive.

Below are tapestries that depict the overthrow of the Indigenous Melinated peoples, being attacked by the "Wildmen" that came from the caves in europe...

The "Wild Men were the Caucasians who invaded and finally conquered what is known as Europe from the original populations of Twa/Khoisan They became the mulattoes that later became the linage of the Royal families of Europe to this day.

Aside from cobbling, leprechauns are tied to the idea of luck, shamrocks, and four-leaf clovers.

One plant that is native to many places is Clover. Red and white clover are perennial herbs that grow wild throughout Europe and Asia, and were naturalized to grow in North America. Clover has many medicinal properties and it is also very easy to find and harvest. It is also a great detoxifier. The red clover species vary in size. They grow from 20 to 80 cm in height and have several stems from one root. The flowers are white, dark pink or reddish-purple.

Magically speaking, clover is typically seen as a symbol of fortune and good luck. In some countries, it is used to ward off evil spirits and to help a seer develop their psychic abilities. The faithful will hang a bundle over their door to keep negative entities away or plant it in their front yards, around the edge of the property.

Red clover is a source of many nutrients including calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, vitamin C. and rich sources of isoflavonoids. It has been used to treat or help with: cancer, whooping cough, respiratory problems, asthma and bronchitis (because it is an expectorant), an antispasmodic, a diuretic, it cleanses the liver and the blood and helps with cardiovascular health by lowering cholesterol levels. It is also used to treat: psoriasis and eczema, acne, colds, digestion, flatulence, infections, infertility, lymphatic swelling, piles, helps relieve menopausal symptoms, prostate health, and sore throats. There a variety of preparations for red clover such as; tinctures, teas, dried extracts, capsules, tablets, liquid extract, and ointments for topical applications. Red Clover Tea is typically made by adding 1 tablespoon of dried or fresh clover flowers to a cup of hot water. It is recommended to be taken three times a day.
